Today I’ve got a sick BANGER remix that combines electro with a little bit of dubstep influence, and it’s done by an 18 year old, Porter Robinson. This high school senior is making som professional grade songs and is starting to tour the world. This remix of Less Go! featuring Lil Jon is siiick, when it drops it all goes crazy. The style reminds me of Skrillex almost but way less intense. This song is just plain sick, turn up the bass and enjoy!

The song ‘Love The Way You Lie’ off Eminem’s latest album Relapse became a huge hit and now we get pt. 2, focusing more on Rihanna. This song is off of her upcoming album Loud, and it’s similar to the original, but different enough to be it’s own song. It’s got an altered beat, and different verses, and focuses a little more on Rihanna as it’s on her album this time. Enjoy this chilled out yet passionately voiced song!

Mansions on the Moon – Paradise Falls (Presented by DJ Benzi & Diplo): Sick New Chilled Out Electronic/Indie Album

I’ve got a very chill and sick new collection of 12 songs for you all to enjoy. It’s the newest remix album from the indie/electronic group Mansions on the Moon (Comprised of members from electronic jam group The Pnuma Trio); it’s entitled Paradise Falls and it’s presented by DJ Benzi and Diplo, both very notable DJ’s. I through up the Xaphoon Jones remix of ‘Glimpse into the Future’ and you guys loved the chilled out indie/electronic song so I know you’ll dig these others songs. The album features some originals, some sampled songs from artists like Deadmau5, and a remix by Big Gigantic and more. Now this is isn’t your next party mixtape, more of chilled out study album or something you could listen to while your going down the mountain. I’ve posted a few of my favorites from the mixtape, but I’d recommend downloading the whole thing and listen through as most of the tracks have pretty distinct sounds, i’m sure there’s something you’ll love. I’ve got a siick combination of legit rapping mixed with a BANGER electronic beat. It’s done by King Fantastic who’s based out of Venice, CA.  This song ‘Why? Where? What? taken from their Finger Snaps and Gun Claps album  is a mix that works so well, with that infectious electro synth going in and out and then the vocals over in making you want to move your head while singing along. Most of you have probably heard Bruno Mars radio hit ‘Just The Way You Are’, Lupe Fiasco’s remix was pretty sick, and now i’ve got a sick new remix to freshen it up. This remix is a little slower at first, and is over 7 minutes. It’s got long buildups, and overall the song doesn’t BANG hard nececarily. Throughout all of the events, concerts, festivals, etc. that I’ve attended, there is one DJ among others that stands out for having such great stage presence, and he goes by Steve Aoki. This DJ and producer who hails from L.A. has a huge role in the rise of electronic dance music in American culture, especially the more high energy flavor. When I posted his BANGER remixes of Drake – Forever and N.A.S.A. (Ft. Kanye West) – Gifted they became some of the top songs on the site. Deadmau5 – Sofi Needs A Ladder: BANGER ELECTRO/HOUSE ANTHEM [High Quality]

Deadmau5 is killing the electronic music scene and is one of the few who’s crossing over to mainstream music in America, but with how sick and iconic that mouse head is, it had to happen. I posted the first version of this song which was an extended version without vocals called “You Need A Ladder” awhile back but it got taken down when I moved to the new server. Then this summer Deadmau5 started dropping a newer version of the song called “Sofi Needs A Ladder” which featured vocals from girl singer Sofi. Now he has finally released the song and we get the full high quality version we’ve all been wanting to bump out of our massive soundsystems, or ipod headphones whatever works haha. Tayyib Ali – Eighteen: Real Sick Exclusive Hip-Hop Mixtape

So today I’ve got the newest mixtape from one of my favorite up and comers Tayyib Ali, and this really sounds more like an album. It’s called ‘Eighteen’ due to the fact that the young rapper is only eighteen as well the fact that there’s eighteen songs on the mixtape. I’m very happy to let you know that Thissongissick is the sole sponsor of this mixtape. and I wouldn’t have slapped the logo on anything. Very happy to have been able to help out with Tayyib as I think he’s got some real talent.
