Big Gigantic – Rise and Shine (Official Release) : Must Hear Genre Blending Electronic Banger

Today I’m extremely excited to share the official full quality download of Big Gigantic’s single ‘Rise and Shine’. We debuted their live video from Red Rocks with amazing visuals featuring this song a few weeks back. This song is an example of Big Gigantic’s ability to blend genres mixing electronic elements with live instrument giving it a unique sound unlike any I’ve ever heard. This is the first single off their upcoming Nocturnal album coming out 1.11.12, also for free. Check out their previous A Place Behind the Moon album, and some of their heavier remixes. When I moved to Boulder to attend the University of Colorado at Boulder I got exposed to some of the sickest music around. My name is Nick Guarino and I love music and especially showing people new music. Making mix cd's for friends my whole life led to the founding of Thissongissick.com with which I hope to broaden everyone's musical taste beyond the radio. There is a large amount of freely distributed music that far too little people know about. This site showcases and debuts some of best up and coming as well as already established artists, rappers, DJ's, producers and more.
