Cu Boulder 420 Smokeout Video 2011 (Biggest Weed Smoking Gathering Ever): featuring Tayyib Ali

Posted in Chill, Video by nick | Tags: , , , ,

So for those are aren’t familiar, every April 20th, (4/20), at 4:20pm thousands upon thousands of weed smokers gather in Boulder, Colorado on University of Colorado’s campus and all smoke weed without consequence of law. It’s a crazy event I heard about, and almost didn’t believe, well I made a video last year and it ended up getting taken down, so I’ve made a new video to show you guys this crazy event. This year I heard speculation of over 20,000 people making it the biggest gathering to date! I figured what better song then Tayyib Ali’s ‘Get High’. It’s a great chill track off his Eighteen Mixtape. Check out the video and grab the track below!

  • haha the gather at the Vancouver Art Gallery every year on 4/20 is 10x larger than this and its been video documented every year.

The prince of pot Marc Emery used to speak every year beforehe was extradited to the US for selling pot seeds.

  • That Shit just needs to get done in washington and people will see how many smokers there really are.

  • Was at Vancouver Art Gallery yesterday…pretty awesome, but not nearly as big as this. News said a few thousand people, probably more than that, but no more than 10k. It’s in the middle of downtown Vancouver so it’s all pretty packed. Cops close down a couple streets too. Cool to see that many young people downtown during the day, it was almost like when the Olympics were here.

  • Slightly Stoopid said theyd play there for free but the campus said no because itd bring an insanly large crowd

  • since when did smoking become all about one-upping other smokers? I dont care where people are or which stoners have more stoner buddies- seeing this many happy people freely sharing in elation and celebration is chill as fuck. Take your elitism elsewhere and leave them and me be to be content, high and immersed in great music.

  • in split second retrospection- what am I saying? dont leave, my fellow stoner, just sit next to me and lets smoke a bowl together :)

  • [...] this rowdy party. This might be a good one to travel for, especially if you plan on hitting up the annual 4/20 smokeout at CU’s campus in Boulder. You can skip to the end and leave a response. Pinging is currently not allowed. « [...]

  • I had no fucking idea they did that in Colorado. to top it off, its at the university. Road Trip.

  • there is also one in downtown denver that’s actually bigger

  • Hiya, I am really glad I have found this info. Nowadays bloggers publish only about gossip and internet stuff and this is actually frustrating. A good website with exciting content, this is what I need. Thanks for making this website, and I will be visiting again. Do you do newsletters? I Can’t find it.

  • I have been surfing on-line greater than 3 hours lately, but I by no means discovered any attention-grabbing article like yours. It’s lovely value enough for me. In my opinion, if all webmasters and bloggers made excellent content as you probably did, the web can be a lot more useful than ever before.|

  • i was there, 2011 and it was nuts, but they stopped doing it the year after

  • First world problems.
