Rusko – Everyday [VIDEO] : Sick Music Video

Posted in Bangin, Video by nick | Tags: , , ,

So as you already know we are joining forces to help bring Rusko to the legendary Red Rocks at Bisco Inferno, pick up your tickets here if you haven’t, trust me you don’t wanna miss this epic way to kick off the summer and red rocks season. Well Rusko recently dropped the official video to his latest anthem Everyday, and it’s a very interesting direction. Instead of showing Rusko DJing, or even Rusko at all, it’s a collection of shots from a run down part of California. Still not exactly sure what it’s getting out, but have found myself rewatching it a few times, check it out, what are your thoughts? Enjoy!

according to Rusko’s website this is what the video is about: “The Everyday video explores the contrast between the positivity of the track and the almost sad sparsity of the video taken at the Salton Sea. It offers a new perspective to the lyric “the sun is shining everyday.”

Thoroughly disappointing version of the song compared to the dubstep-like banger version.

this video is realllllly dope but props to mad decent. they came out with it 2 weeks ago. see you guys at bisco

  • JustSaying

The Netsky remix of this song is about 10x better IMO

  • Tay

Its saying no matter how difficult life is or where ever you are in life, be grateful to be living as the “sun shines everyday.” its kinda obvious

  • YaKks

i thought it was boring. not alot going on, just shots of the salton sea.

Salton sea is pretty cool area. I like it. I was expecting a bit more from the drop hook of the song though, video wise.

I dig this video; it’s strange. Maybe just to show how shitty/conservative life is in inland California near the AZ/NV border? Talk about depressing. Good song, though.

When I moved to Boulder to attend the University of Colorado at Boulder I got exposed to some of the sickest music around. My name is Nick Guarino and I love music and especially showing people new music. Making mix cd's for friends my whole life led to the founding of Thissongissick.com with which I hope to broaden everyone's musical taste beyond the radio. There is a large amount of freely distributed music that far too little people know about. This site showcases and debuts some of best up and coming as well as already established artists, rappers, DJ's, producers and more. Through the process TSIS has found it self focusing on exposing the electronic and hip hop music scenes. Check out some music you've never heard, I'm sure you'll find some songs that are pretty sick. Enjoy!
