The Snow Ball Music Festival Official Mixtape: Music From Pretty Lights, Bassnectar, Paper Diamond, Local Natives and More

Today I’m pleased to present The Snow Ball Mixtape in spirit of the Snow Ball Festival taking place in in Vail Valley here in Colorado March 4th-6th with some of biggest names in electronic and rock music and even a little hip-hop. Click here to check out more info on the event it self as well as the updated lineup with over 50 acts total! I’ve been working the people over at The Snow Ball and have been working with some of the artists of the festival to create a 19 song mixtape showcasing some of the biggest and smallest artitsts at the festival. It’s got some exclusive originals and remixes and some less known songs from artists like Pretty Lights, Bassnectar, Paper Diamond, Lotus, Portugal. The Man, Twin Shadow and more. It’s got a good balance of electronic, indie, and hip-hop. If you plan on going to the festival, or just like good music download the whole thing. And also 4 of the tracks got taken out of the Soundcloud player but will be added back once Soundcloud aproves my copyright permissions, for now just download the whole thing through link below. It features some of the bands posted over at ThisBandIsSick.com and some stuff that just generally doesn’t get posted on Thissongissick that often, so highly recommend trying something new. Also you can download individual tracks through the Soundcloud player. Enjoy!

When I moved to Boulder to attend the University of Colorado at Boulder I got exposed to some of the sickest music around. My name is Nick Guarino and I love music and especially showing people new music. Making mix cd's for friends my whole life led to the founding of Thissongissick.com with which I hope to broaden everyone's musical taste beyond the radio. There is a large amount of freely distributed music that far too little people know about. This site showcases and debuts some of best up and coming as well as already established artists, rappers, DJ's, producers and more.
