Yung Joc – Goin Down (Milo & Otis Remix) : Massive Trap / Hip-Hop Remix
Posted in Bangin by nick | Tags: BANGER, Bass Music, Hip-Hop, Milo & Otis, Trap, Trap MusicMilo & Otis the duo who have dropped off a handful of free Moombahton tracks have decided to venture into the Trap Game.. and kill it. They remix the 06′ hip-hop BANGER Yung Joc’s “Going Down”. It turned out being one of the better trap songs I’ve heard yet. They use samples from the original with the high energy fresh trap sounds, almost reminding me of the recent Trap / Moombahton fire, Dillon Francis’s Masta Blasta (The Rebirth). Turn this up, enjoy! Also Milo & Otis did a pretty sick Oasis - Wonderwall remix

[TSIS SPONSORED] Dunson – The Investment (Mixtape) : Solid Chill Hip-Hop Mixtape
Posted in Chill by nick | Tags: Chill, dunson, Hip-Hop, John Legend, Laid Back, Mixtape, RapI’ve got the latest mixtape from Dunson, the D.C. rapper who’s got a smooth laid back sound mixing rapping and singing. This follows up Dunson’s first mixtape Creative Destruction 2 under his old moniker Kenton Dunson. We already sampled the tracks “Used To Know (Ft. Gotye)” and “Count On It” off this tape. It’s 12 songs all with smooth vibe, with a range of production from chilled classic hip-hop tracks to going in on electronic tracks like Madeon’s remix of “Raid Your Weapon”. All of the tracks have Dunson’ smooth hip-hop style, really showing how far he’s come as an artist. This tape even features an official collaboration with John Legend on “Cross Town Lovers”, which is one of the highlights of the mixtape. The entire thing is a great listen through, and we are very stoked to be sponsoring the project. Download the whole thing, turn it up, enjoy!

Zedd – Spectrum (3LAU Remix) : Big Room Progressive House Remix
Posted in Bangin by nick | Tags: 3LAU, BANGER, progressive house, Remix, Zedd3LAU, the all star mashup bootleg star who dropped mashup albums Dance Floor Filth Vol. 1 and Dance Floor Filth Vol. 2, on top of the massive remix to James Egbert – Back To New is back with another HUGE track. What better then to remix Zedd’s latest beastly electro infused progressive house anthem “Spectrum”. 3LAU takes the track and adds his very happy brand of progressive house with some trance elements that’s equally epic and smooth. He gives the track a a new flavor, and wanted to give it out for free. Turn it up, enjoy!

Hoodie Allen – Hey Now (Produced by Something Silent) : Fresh Electronic Hip-Hop
Posted in Uncategorized by nick | Tags: Chill, Hip-Hop, Hoodie Allen, Laid Back, Mellow, RapHoodie Allen unleashes one of his heaviest tracks he’s ever made just in spirit of announcing Excellent Adventure Tour featuring G-Eazy. Hoodie says this track was originally intended for All American, but wanted to wait to release it for free afterwards. This track has bass heavy track with some “EDM and Trap influences on the production side” produced by ‘Something Silent’. It’s cool to see Hoodie go in on a different side showing how versatile of a rapper / singer he really is.

Aer – The Brightside (Album) : Must Hear Summer Hip-Hop / Acoustic / Rock Album
Posted in Chill, Mixtapes / Albums by nick | Tags: Acoustic, Aer, Chill, Hip-Hop, Laid Back, Mellow, RapAer is back with absolutely refreshing glass of hip-hop. Aer is a that feel good feeling of Sublime or Pepper fused with a very modern twist. Hip-Hop and Rock have never came together so well. David and Carter, and making up Aer have been working on this project ever since completing the What You Need EP, and following up The Reach (Mixtape Album). This is their first debut album, and damn is it good. We featured the video for “Floats My Boat” off this album earlier, which still might be one of my favorite tracks on the album. Also included in this post is video for “Like the Way”, another great track on the album. “Songbird”, “Few Times”, and “Medina” stood out as some of my favorite tracks on the album. Skrillex Live Set from TomorrowLand 2012 (Belgium) Music Festival (Live Set + Video)
Posted in Bangin, Mix / Playlist by nick | Tags: BANGER, Belgium, Dubstep, Live Set, Skrillex, Tomorrowland, TomorrowLand 2012Skrillex had the chance to play at TomorrowLand this past weekend, and he was the first dubstep artist to ever play on main stage, so he had a ton of eyes and ears on his set. When it was live streaming there was over 150k+ people online, on top of the 180k+ people at the festival. He played a solid set, but it was also pretty safe, and he didn’t take too many chances. Nonethless it was solidly mixed set featuring all of his hits including “Summit (Ft. Ellie Goudling)” “Make It Bub Dem” and “The Devil’s Den”, and his classics like “Rock ‘N Roll” and “Weekends!!!”, and even his newer trap styled “Goin In (Skrillex ‘Goin Down’ Remix)”. Here is a 25 minute section of his set. One of the only tracks I can’t name coming in at 6:30 didn’t really do much for me, seemed a little repetitive and goes on for about 3 minutes. What do you guys think of that track? Despite that one track, the set was very sick, and it was insane seeing Skrillex drop Dubstep and Trap nonetheless on the main stage of one of the biggest festivals on the world. Enjoy! Update: We added a video of the performanc below!

[TSIS PREMIERE] Skrillex – Right In (Stratus Remix) : Moombahton / Moombahcore Remix
Posted in Bangin by nick | Tags: BANGER, Heavy, Moombahcore, Moombahton, Remix, Skrillex, StratusSkrillex’s “Right In” was one of the biggest tracks on his Bangarang EP, and Stratus decided to give it a Moombahton flavored remix, and give us the premiere. The slower paced Moombahton vibe ends up working pretty well with Skrillex chaotic bass sounds. This is a step outside of the box for Stratus, as he is typically throwing down dubstep BANGERS, like his remix of Mercy and Antidote. Turn up the bass, enjoy!

Lenno Thissongissick Mix + Above & Beyond Remix : Exclusive Disco / Electro House Mix + Remixes
Posted in Bangin, Mix / Playlist, Premieres by nick | Tags: BANGER, Dance, disco, Electro House, Lenno, Nu DiscoSay hello to Lenno.. someone we haven’t properly shed enough light on. He’s the freshly 17 year old young electronic producer from Finland who makes his own blend of disco that grooves and packs a punch. We haven’t featured much of him since his Foster the People – Helena Beat (Lenno Remix). Well we were lucky enough to have him recreate his recent MASSIVE set from Balaton Sound Festival in Hungary, and release it as the latest TSIS exclusive mix. This set hits hard with a fierce electro edge, going outside of his disco realm. The transitions and mixing are very on point, especially at a kid his age. (See below for the full tracklist) Also included are his recent remixes of The Knocks’ “Geronimo” and Above & Beyond’s “On My Way To Heaven”. The kid has some serious skill, watch out Madeon!! haha. Also to all our Australian fans, read below for concert dates as Lenno is making a 3 night run throughout AU!

Also included is the latest track from G-East “Plastic Dreams” featuring Johanna Fay, which will be featured on G-Eazy’s album Must Be Nice, is a great mellow glass of his signature style of catchy hip-hop, this time going out of the typical 50′s themed track, and more of a modern indie flavor that works well. This is been on repeat. Turn it up, and don’t miss him at any of these dates on the tour with Hoodie. Enjoy!

Posted in Bangin, Mixtapes / Albums, Video by nick | Tags: BANGER, Bass Music, Dubstep, Electro, Music Video, Zeds DeadZeds Dead are back with a HUGE new EP featuring vocals from Omar LinX. The Living Dead EP just got released on Ultra Records and has 4 very different tracks all having a new sense of well roundness for ZD. Omar LinX’s vocals compliment the crunchy pounding bass lines from the DC And Hooks. The first 3 tracks on the EP all hit HARD, ranging from slower low key parts with Omar singing and rapping then crushing bass drops. Giving the EP some variety is “Cowboy” which features live guitar and drums, on top of Omar’s vocals making feel like a modern rock anthem fused with an electronic edge. We also have the premiere of the music video to the first track on the EP “Crank”, which might be the heaviest packing a drop is so epic you’ll find yourself playing the track over and over. The short high energy music video featuring some city shots blended with some raging live shots. Turn up the bass, let this EP kick, purchase on Beatport, enjoy! Don’t miss the Colin Munroe – The Fight Of My Life (Zeds Dead Remix) either!
