Say hello to Monsta.. the latest group discovered by Skrillex and signed to his incredible OWSLA record label.. Introducing them into the world is a HUGE Skrillex & Nero drumstep collaboration remix of Monsta’s single “Holding On”. Monsta is a 3 piece live electronic group based out of London, UK. Skrillex discovered the group at South By Southwest, and instantly got atracted to lead singer “Skaar”‘s powerful vocals, stating “His vocals are so raw and so pristine he can just walk up to any mic…. he just sounds like fucking angels are singing.” the trio have their debut release Monsta EP is going to be released on his OWSLA label everywhere October 23rd including the original version of “Holdin On” alongside 2 other originals and 2 other remixes from Alvin Risk and a Dillon Francis / Kill Paris combination that both sound like their going to be epic. This might be the first you’ve heard about Monsta, but most certainly won’t be the last, especially after this EP. Enjoy!
