Corey Baker, aka Kill Paris, has become a site favorite with his incredibly sexy, emotion-filled electronic originals and remixes that he has typically given out for free. Well his hard work has paid off as he will be joining the unstoppable and eclectic OWSLA – Skrillex’s record label, whih is already home to Porter Robinson, Kill the Noise and Dillon Francis to name a few. To A New Earth EP will be his debut EP release on OWSLA, featuring 3 original tracks “To A New Earth”, “Slap Me”, & “Catch You” alongside a variety of remixes from other TSIS favorite artists including GRiZ, Gramatik, K Theory, Candyland and Robert DeLong. The EP will be coming on February 26th on all retailers. Stay tuned for more details.

Today, we have the world premiere of the GRiZ remix to “Slap Me” from the EP. To make things better, we also have an exclusive free download of the track before it gets released on the To a New Earth EP, thanks to the OWSLA team . GRiZ took the soulful song and pumped it full of his unique, bass-heavy gritty flavor. He manages to add a certain level of brutal grittiness thanks to the piercing synths and powerful drums, while still delivering the soulful grooves. This captures the GRiZ sound that he is known for and is fit to be the next OWSLA anthem. Make sure to support these hard working artists and purchase this release when it comes out February 26th. Enjoy.
