Chromeo – Jealous (Exmag Remix) : Funk / Soul [Free Download]

Posted in Bangin, Premieres by nick | Tags: , , , , , ,

As Chromeo approaches the release of their latest album White Women we have another remix to their single "Jealous (I Ain't With It)". They've enlisted New York City live electronic funk band Exmag, to completely flip the song. They give the single a surprising upbeat spin while infusing their downtempo style of production. It contains a funky soulful twist with the group using some very adventurous pitch bends and unexpected chords that almost struck me the wrong way before I ended up loving them after a few more listens. Listen below and grab an exclusive free download. Enjoy!
