Today I’ve got a very funky bass packed remix premiere from a new artist I haven’t featured on the site yet. His name is R/D, and he’s a San Francisco based producer who generated some of his initial buzz from being a past roommate with members of The Glitch Mob. His sound defintely translates some of the Glitch Mob style with the fast glitched out transitions and buildups, and the crunchy drops. This track, a remix of Loyal Divide’ ‘Vision Vision’. works very well, making the original track into a bass packed festival anthem. Turn it up, enjoy!

Gotye – Somebody I Used To Know (Jakob Liedholm Remix) : Must Hear House / Indie Remix [TSIS PREMIERE]

So if you haven’t heard the catchy indie track ‘Somebody I Use To Know’ by Gotye, get ready because it’s on it’s way to becoming the next ‘Pumped Up Kicks’. I’ve started to see a huge amount of remixes of the track surface lately, but I’m excited to bring you the premiere of the sickest one I’ve heard yet. It’s from Jakob Liedholm, the 15 year old Swedish producer who brought the remix to The Knocks – The Prize a few weeks ago with that happy house Avicii vibe. This track has the perfect amount of the orignal vocals, blended with the massive melodic huge progressive house build ups and drops. It’s really got a great happy feeling, turn it up, sing along, enjoy!

Willy Joy – Whispering Woods (Music Video) : Funky Heavy Electro Song + Video [TSIS PREMIERE]

Today I’ve got the premeire of the new music video for Willy Joy’s ‘Whispering Woods’. Willy Joy is a newcomer with a lot of buzz, he’s been touring all over through being the rapper Kid Sister’s DJ, as well as his solo career. He’s got that funky sound reminding me a little bit of Diplo and Major Lazer. The video is very fitting, being just as wild. It’s got some cool subtle camera tricks, that works well with the abstract track. At first I had a WTF reaction, then I started to groove to the chaotic mess filled with cameos from Steve Aoki, Dave Nada and more. Check it out, turn it up, enjoy!

Zedd – Stars Come Out (Datsik Remix) : Filthy Dubstep Remix + Bonus Remixes from Terravita, Lazy Rich, Tim Mason

Zedd has been continuing to get gain more and more steam, and his house anthem from few months ago ‘Stars Come Out’ has certainly been a success getting played all over the world by countless DJ’s right now. Well this huge track deserved to get remixed properly, and today I’ve got 4 of my faves, from Datsik, Terravita, Lazy Rich, and Tim Mason. First up I’ve got my current favorite, the filthy new version from bass fiend Datsik. It takes the club friendly electro house track and turns it into a full on bass packed dubstep BANGER. As a bonus I tossed in the Lazy Rich remix,  and it gives the song that crunchy electro edge that works just as well. As a second bonus there’s the Terravita remix, which is another massive dubstep take on the track, he’s the guy who did the Bassnectar remix. Then lastly I included a more melodic Progressive House take on the track from Tim Mason, it has a great dance vibe and perfect for a huge club. Say hello to the new massive dubstep anthem from Flux Pavillion and Nero, of Nero’s latest ‘Must Be the Feeling’. This was one of my favorite tracks off of Nero’s Welcome to Reality album, and this remix does it justice. Flux Pavillion teaming up wit the creator of the track adds up for a very massive collaboration. Now the concept of a mashup is taking the vocals from one track and the instrumental or beat from another and arranging it so it sounds like a new track. Now we get our fair share of not so great mashups in our submissions, so it’s very refreshing hearing some polished club ready mashups. This lastest album Lift Off from Wisconsin based Basic Physics combines a variety of electro, dubstep, and big progressive house tracks blended with some popular vocals. It reminds me of 3LAU’s Dance Floor Filth, with mainstream theme and the how well done it is. I’ve included a few of my favorite tracks, but if you dig the sound, you’ll love the whole thing. Skrillex – My Good Bye : New Electro House Dance Track from Grammy Winner

Skrillex just dropped this new freebie after having a monumental night in the media. He took home 3 out of the 5 grammies he was nominated. He took home Best Dance Album for Scary Monsters and Nice Sprites, Best Dance Recording for the single Scary Monsters and Nice Sprites, and Best Remixed Recording, Non-Classical for ‘Benny Benassi – Cinema (Skrillex Remix)’. All 3 of these awards on their own would have been an accomplishment, but he took 3, really lifting the bar on what electronic music can accomplish. This is really mind blowing to see happen. I’m in the process on writing a feature on how much electronic music has changed in the past 2 years. For now here is a sick new track from Skrillex, going off his bass filled path. It’s a more dance based, synth filled, very happy track, complete wit Sonny’s own vocals. Turn it up, enjoy!
