Baauer – Promises (feat. Fetty Wap and Dubble Dutch) : Must Hear Hip-Hop Collaboration [Free Download]Posted in Chill by Jake | Tags: Baauer, Dubble Dutch, Fetty Wap, Promises, Songs From Scratch
The long running Songs From Scratch series from Adidas has brought together the talents of trendsetting Brooklyn beatmaker Baauer with Popcaan's producer Dubbel Dutch and up and coming rapper Fetty Wap on an exciting new release.
This new track “Promises” serves as the latest project in this series that has brought us unlikely collaborations like the most recent Tory Lanez x Snakehips "Dimelo" or Chet Faker & Goldlink’s “On You.” Baauer and Dubbel Dutch provide a suprising laid back, extra bouncey approach with smooth melodies and wonky horns providing the perfect foundation for Fetty to spit some verses and and very nice hook. Enjoy!

Coming out of the creative jungle known as LA, the latest face to watch out for is going by the name of Gallant. The producer who doesn’t reveal much about his identity online other than he is a singer with an incredible voice. We also see that he is signed to Mind of A Genius the still relatively mysterious label that TSIS favorite Zhu is actually signed with.
Zhu, who’s known for not ever using social media, managed to send out his 18th tweet ever simply shouting out Gallant, this along with being signed to the same label is a strong indication of future collaborations between the two artists.
Also, Norwegian rising star Lido also confirmed that he had originals in the works with the producer via Twitter here.
Well today we get this producer’s newest single “Open Up” that is produced by Stint and is a cinematic, soulful ambient slice of perfection. We hear his extra soft, emotion filled voice sit perfectly alongside the pronounced percussion elements and lightly placed piano melody. It’s a song that will have hooked half way through and leaving you hanging for more by the end. Listen below, and stay tuned to our socials as we update you more on this exciting budding artist. Enjoy!

Album releases from Action Bronson (Mr. Wonderful) and Earl Sweatshirt (I Don't Like Shit, I Don't Go Outside) were one day apart, and the two rappers have unveiled a collaborative bonus track to celebrate the occasion. Hip-hop veteran Alchemist produces the beat for “Warlord Leather” packing some raw jungle style percussion, a perfect foundation for the rappers to effortlessly throw down flawless verses with some smooth background vocals by Lou Diamond Phillips. Instead of using a chorus, Earl and Action trade off stellar verses after Bronson simply says “put me in coach” and takes over to close out this great track.

Kygo continues his transformation from being the most highly buzzed about internet remix artist to being a fully accredited global star as he rolls out his first original songs. Following up his debut single "Firestone" he treats us to his latest, "Stole The Show" featuring the talented singer Parson James. We hear Kygo's signature bright melodies shine through and some smooth organic elements that leave room for Parson's vocals to carry out the track. The video follows a dancing astronaut, Kygo himself dancing in ski gear in a house party, and an interesting twist. This might be an even bigger track then his first, it will be cool to see how big it goes! Enjoy!
