As the year moves along we are starting to gear up for America's festival season once again, which kicks off even earlier this year thanks to one of the newest festivals on the block.
As you may know, Okeechobee Music & Arts Festival is taking place in Florida over March 4th, 5th and 6th in Okeechobee Florida, centrally located, not far from Orlando and West Palm Beach and only a few hours from Miami. Okeechobee was founded by one of the original members of the Bonnaroo team, who left to speerhead this project, and he seems to have brought some of the magic along. The festival, which is set to draw over 30,000 people for it's inaugural year, has an incredibly curated lineup and unique signature areas sprawled across a beautiful natural landscape.
The music curation couldn't be more on point with electronic heavy hitters including Skrillex, Bassnectar, ODESZA and Big Gigantic to hip-hop stars like Kendrick Lamar, Mac Miller, Future and Miguel and even some big live acts like Mumford & Sons and The Avett Brothers, amongst many many more. They also recently revealed that it will be the first US music festival that is going to have music 24 hours a day. The Jungle stage, dubbed Jungle 51, will feature the best tech house and deep house from around the world playing from sunset to sunrise all 4 nights of the festival.
We couldn't be more excited to announce that we've partnered with the festival and Mac Miller to hook two lucky readers up with the chance to go to the festival in style. The two winners will not only get 2 VIP tickets to the festival (which includes special VIP camping, viewing areas, lounges, and more) but will also receive a travel credit as well as a meet and greet with Mac Miller and side-stage access to Mac's show.
Head to the link below to enter for a chance at winning this insane prize package. Good luck and we'll see you there!
As we get closer and closer to the end of the year we approach some of the biggest festivals of the year thanks to growingly massive New Years Eve celebrations. Colorado's own Decadence Music Festival, now in it's 4th year, has been able to grow into one of the biggest NYE events. This year's epic lineup helped grow the buzz even greater by featuring headliners Jack U, ODESZA, Bassnectar, Big Gigantic, Gramatik, Deadmau5, Galantis, What So Not, Excision, and Hardwell amongst many others.
We've teamed up with Decadence and Galantis for a truly memorable prize that anyone in the world can enter to win. One grand prize winner will not only get 2 weekend VIP festival passes to enjoy the event in style, but they will also receive a travel budget to get them to the event for flights and/or hotels (amounting to $500), and on top of this they will get an intimate meet & greet with Galantis and be able to watch their set side stage.

A few weeks back A-Trak dropped off one of his most exciting songs to date with “We All Fall Down” featuring vocals from UK soul singer Jamie Lidell, which was released via his own label Fool's Gold Records. Well there couldn't bee a more fitting song for us to throw our latest remix contest for, so we, This Song Is Sick has partnered up with Wavo to bring you another amazing remix contest opportunity, along with A-Trak and his Fool's Gold label. We're looking for a creative new take on "We All Fall Down." So download the stems below, get to work, and make sure to get your fans to vote for you so your entry trends on the charts! With such an exciting acapella vocal and melody to work with, we can't wait to see what you guys come up with!

Duke Dumont Is Giving Our Readers A One Of A Kind Blasé Boys Bomber Jacket, 2 VIP Passes and a Meet & GreetPosted in Bangin, Contests, News by nick | Tags: Blasé Boys Club, Contest, Duke Dumont, Terminal 5
Duke Dumont quickly climbed to headliner status through his radio singles like "Need U (100%)" or "I Got U" among others. This laid the groundwork for his biggest release to date with his Blasé Boys Club Vol. 1 EP featuring 4 tracks including his latest single "Ocean Drive" which came complete with a nice music video and has seen remixes from artists like Alison Wonderland among others.
Well Duke earlier this year also debuted a live show and is currently in the middle of a world wide tour hitting North America. He's bringing out a full production rig and multiple person live band. I just saw the show in Denver and it was impressive to say the least from the stage setup, unbelievable lighting (not just an LED, actually choreographed lighting), and he pioneered the show wonderfully.
We are excited to be partnering up with Duke Dumont and his his label Blasé Boys Club and are giving you guys a very special chance to win a limited one of a kind Blasé Boys Club bomber jacket. These will not be sold to the public and will be only available to crew, so this is literally your only chance to get one of these very rare, slick looking jackets. Look at the pictures below.
Well we are hooking up a lucky winner with one of these jackets and they will also be getting VIP tickets and an exclusive meet and greet with Duke Dumont before his show at New York's iconic Terminal 5 venue. All you have to do is enter through the widget below!
