Whos’ getting excited for the upcoming Buku Music & Art Project happening on March 17th and 18th. Check out more info here. Well here’s the full lineup, including rappers G-Eazy and Rockie Fresh added to the bill. This is going to be a two day event you don’t want to miss, with now 3 time grammy winner Skrillex on the lineup. They take some of the biggest electronic and hip hop names to create a really unique party. We’re looking for some street team help  in the New Orleans and surrounding areas. This is going to be the perfect way to rage after the first day, starting at 1am, and going to the early hours. This mix got released a little while ago, but I thought it was fitting since Deadmau5 and the Foo Fighters are going to be performing this track live tonight at the 54th annual Grammys.It seems like it leans a little bit more on the rock side with some Deadmau5 flavor added. Robotic Pirate Monkey – Last Night (Ft. Rodway) : Chill Electronic / Bass Music Collaboration

It’s always cool hearing artists drop a variety of kinds of music. RPM’s last album Colors in Disguise went a little on the bass heavy side, and this track is a more laid back sample based  track. Glowfest USC Concert Ft. Big Gigantic, 3LAU, The Dean’s List, Coyote Kisses : Ticket Giveaway + Unreleased Music

Can’t believe how big the site has gotten over the past, well almost 2 years now. In the past few months we’ve been working and parternering up with some really cool people to help bring some TSIS concerts everywhere. South Carolina is up next, we’ve teamed up with Glowfest to bring Big Gigantic, 3LAU, The Dean’s List, and Coyote Kisses to University of South Carolina. The venue is going to be at the Township Auditorium, and takes place next Tuesday February 7th! Get tickets here. Dirt Nasty – 1980 : Must Hear Outrageous Hip Hop Song + Music Video + Remix [EXPLICIT] : Also Details on Malibu Event “Dirty Shwasted Love”

Alright a ton of you already have know about this guy for years, but for those unaware, I’d like to introduce you to Dirt Nasty, an outrageous rapper from the Bay Area in California. The only way to explain his style of rapping, is that it’s almost got a little Dave Chappelle influence, and I say that in the best way possible. He’s a sick rapper, with a comical swag unlike any I’ve ever heard. This track and music video “1980″ is hilarious, and so catchy, by the end of it you’ll be dancing and singing along, no matter if your appalled or not. It doesn’t sound like anything I’ve ever heard, it’s hilariously awesome. Enjoy!

For those who didn’t know we started teaming up with Shwayze for a new monthly party combining electronic and hip hop music and all sorts of suprises, Shwasted Fridays. Right now it’s taking place at Malibu Inn, located in Malibu, CA. Below is a video for last month’s event, and for this month’s event “Dirty Shwasted Love” we’ve got Dirt Nasty performing live, alongside rapper Riff Raff, a Dj set from Shwayze and more Friday February 10th at the Malibu Inn again. Today I’m excited to bring you another amazing event that we’ve partnered up with. It’s called Buku Festival and it takes place on March 17th and 18th in New Orleans, LA at Mardi Gras World. The lineup really represents what this website is all about, some of the sickest electronic and hip hop. It’s got some of the hottest electronic names in the game now, Skrillex, Avicii, Diplo, Porter Robinson, Big Gigantic, Grammatik, Mord Fustang, and a bunch more on top of hip hop names Wiz Khalifa, Yelawolf and Big K.R.I.T.. Early discount tickets are already soldout, but there’s 2 day and single day passes still available. Can’t for this festival, the lineup looks unreal, and the location sounds sick. Coachella 2012 Lineup

So this dropped last night.. and wow… now that should please just about everybody. Well still not sure how I feel about them recreating the same festival for two weekends in a row. But I defintely can’t miss it, and you can count on me and part of the TSIS team to be out there, for at least one, maybe both weekends

For the electronic world, it’s got Swedish House Mafia, Afrojack, Avicii, David Guetta, Kaskade, Madeon, Martin Solveig, Justice, Calvin Harris, Nero, Dada Life, Porter Robinson, Datsik, Alesso, Flux Pavillion, Girl Talk, Dj Shadow, Zeds Dead, Noisia, and so many more. On top of the live bands; Radiohead, The Black Keys, Bon Iver, The Shins, Florence + The Machine, La Roux, and countless others. Then for the headliner that might turn the most heads, Dr. Dre & Snoop Dogg headlining the third day.

Something has always came up in the past years, can’t wait to make it to my first, and second Coachella this year

For those of you unaware, Coachella is one of the nations biggest music festival with anticipated numbers of over 90,000 people per day. It takes place in Coachella valley, California, and has grown to become one of the nation’s biggest parties. Their website is crashed, I’m guessing because of traffic overload, will update with info and ticket links soon
