The USA edition will be happening for the first time over the weekend of May 23rd – 26th. The festival will be taking place at the original Woodstock location in upstate New York at Bethel Woods, which has been renovated into one of the best locations in the country to throw a music festival.

General On Sale ticketing will begin on December 12th at 10am (EST)
Tomorrowland, the most buzzed about music festival worldwide that sold out last year in 1 second has announced plans for a second weekend. With such high demand leaving thousands without tickets last year for the Belgian festival, this news should be an early end of year present. This comes during 2014, the 10th anniversary of the festival, so only makes sense to make their flagship festival even more massive.
There have been two new permits issued from Mayors of Rumst and Boom, both Belgian municipalities (cities) signifying the festival might move locations for the second weekend to one of these locations. We can thank local Belgian publication Gazet van Antwerpen for breaking the news. The festival didn’t comment yesterday, but with permits already being secured we guarantee an expansion of the festival.
Since last year it sold out in 1 second, now with twice as many tickets will we have an entire minute to get our hands on tickets? Or will this added allotment severely decrease buzz?

Say Hello to An Exciting New Crossover Producer Trio Signed to OWSLA “Yogi” : Zedd ‘Stay the Night’ (Yogi Remix) + ‘Christian Bale’ Through OWSLAPosted in Bangin, News, Premieres by nick | Tags: Christian Bale, OWSLA, Remix, Skrillex, Stay The Night, Thissongissick, Yogi, Zedd
Say hello to a trio of electronic crossover producers who go by the name of Yogi coming out of the UK. We recently discovered the Yogi after hearing their incredible bass remix of Zedd ft. Hayley Williams’ ‘Stay The Night’. Now we have a brand new original titled “Christian Bale”. which actually features a tastefully voice sample of the actor Christian Bale. This new release is the first taste of whats to come on Yogi’s upcoming EP being delivered on Skrillex’s OWSLA record label in 2014. Both tracks we’ve heard show the versatility the Yogi really packs, which makes sense since each producer within the group has created solo projects for quite sometime. Listen to the songs below.

[MUST WATCH] James Franco & Seth Rogen Hilariously Recreate Kanye West’s New Music Video ‘Bound 2′ Shot for ShotPosted in Bangin, Chill, News, Video by nick
Kanye West recently released one of the most entertaining pieces of video to be created with the official music video to ‘Bound 2′. The video featured Kanye and wife / mother of his child Kim Kardashian as the main star for a surprising cuddly, mildly awkward experience. Well James Franco and Seth Rogen have paid tribute to the video by recreating the music video shot for shot for what they call ‘Bound 3′. They really highlight how ridiculous the original was, while adding their own spin on it. Watch Seth & Franco’s version and the original below. UPDATE: Side by Side version added below. SECOND UPDATE: Kim and Kanye approve the video, look below at Kim and Seth Rogen tweeting back and forth.

Childish Gambino is getting closer and close to the much anticipated release of his latest album Because the Internet, and we get another amazing track from the project. ‘Sweatpants’ is a gritty hip-hop banger with a change of pace from Gambino. Spitting verse after verse and never letting up, Gambino shows a more serious side of his talents. We can expect quite a versatile project. Listen below:
It turns out this song is released as a free download when you pre-order the new album Because the Internet, yet that was not what Gambino has in mind, read his angered tweets. Someone from his label has apparently leaked the song with the pre-order to help push numbers against his wishes, classic major labels.
UPDATE: Donald is mad at the label, not blogs for sharing it now that’s it leaked. Here is his tweet.
Regardless of ‘Sweatpants’ surfacing early, it seems Because the Internet will have quite the imaginative rollout from Donald Glover, which can only get us more excited for this release.

[PREMIERE] K Theory Releases New Fundraising Track ‘Power’ as Pay What You Want For Medical Costs : Trap / Hip-HopPosted in Bangin, News, Premieres by nick | Tags: Bass Music, Donation, Fundraiser, Hip-Hop, K Theory, Rap, Trap, Trap Music
K Theory, the three piece group from San Francisco who has been bridging hip-hop and electronic genres with two producers and singer / rapper and are no new faces to TSIS. Well unfortunately producer and DJ of the trio, Dylan Lewman, has been in the hospital for two weeks now dealing with a serious health issue. The long stay in the hospital and the procedural costs have accrued quite the bill so we decided to work with the band and help raise some money to offset these costs. Here is the link to the donation site where they are trying to raise $10k for Dylan. Donation Website Here.
Exclusively through This Song Is Sick, we are releasing a single for K Theory that will hopefully help offset the cost of medical care a bit more. The song, ‘Power’, is an awesome Trap / Hip-Hop original featuring great production and solid verses from front man Malcolm. The track is up for $1 but feel free to change that number to help the cause.

UPDATE : André 3000 and Big Boi were together in Atlanta for Thanksgiving this past week as seen on Big Boi’s instagram. Just coincidence? Or does this solidify speculation of a 2014 reunion?
Outkast, one of the most iconic hip-hop duos of all time, are in serious talks to reunite and potentially headline Coachella in 2014. Big Boi and Andre 3000 haven’t performed together in over seven years, but officials have tipped off Billboard to some plans stirring up for next year including Coachella and some other unspecified dates.
“One source tells Billboard that there have definitely been “some conversations” about Outkast reuniting, while another says it is “all systems go” for Big Boi and André 3000 to end their hiatus next year.”
This is definitely a green flag that the duo is coming back and hitting the road. When a group of this size plays a reunion at Coachella, it is typically followed by headlining a handful of the other influential music festivals in the country like Lollapalooza, Bonnaroo and Austin City Limits. Anyone else as excited as me?

deadmau5 has just announced his departure from Twitter, and this has let loose a powerful 7 song EP of sorts titled ’7′ with each song correlating with one of the 7 deadly sins. All 7 of the songs are a complete change of pace featuring primarily Piano lines and some lite ambient sounds to compliment. Do not expect your typical mau5 when listening. Also it seems very surprising that deadmau5 would leave Twitter so abruptly considering how large of a role the social service has played in forming his fanbase over the past few years. Listen to these 7 songs below. Share any thoughts you might have on why deadmau5 left Twitter and released this surprising 7 song release.
The Seven Sins are as follows:
