Mr. Carmack is currently on an unstoppable roll releasing an onslaught of new music with artists ranging from Kehlani to Jaden Smith. Even though he released his Red EP only a few months ago, he's already gearing up for the release of his newly announced White EP dropping in just two weeks. On top of that, TroyBoi responded to a fan's tweet last night confirming that a Carmack / TroyBoi collab is on the horizon.
In anticipation of his upcoming White EP, Mr. Carmack blesses us with two new songs- both showcasing Carmack's boundary pushing hip-hop meets trap style taking on Drake's "30 for 30" freestyle and Rae Sremmurd's "Drinks On Us". We'll be sure to let you know the moment the project drops on Oct. 26th! Enjoy.

Jamie Hewlett of Gorillaz has confirmed in a recent interview with DIY Magazine that they have begun to work on new content for their 5th studio album being released in 2016. Here is what Jamie had to say below:
“That’s next year. I’m working on it at the moment, and it’s going very well. I’m very excited. I don’t want to say too much about it, but I’m at that phase of experimentation. What I try not to do when I’m working in this creative period, the cooking of the mess, is go to other peoples’ exhibitions and look at other peoples’ work. I close my eyes, and don’t want to know what anyone else is doing. Doing that has kind of ruined the creative process for me in the past, and I don’t want to let that happen again.”
This announcement only gets us more excited for whats to come from Gorillaz as it's been a full five years since we've heard new music from them. Stay tuned for more Gorillaz updates.
Besides announcing he will be running for president in 2020 on the this years MTV Music Awards, Kanye West has been building the buzz around his upcoming album Swish. After sporadically tweeting a mysterious link a few days ago, many jumped to conclusions about what it could be, primarily suspecting it had to do with new music. Tragically, the link led fans to an interview he conducted with ShowStudio, mostly speaking about fashion.
Today the beautiful thing we call the internet further shows just how much time some people have on their hands when one YouTube user uploaded a video of what we all truly wanted; Kanye talking to himself about his own music.
The laugh-out-loud funny, 4 minute video consists of a chopped up version of his recent interview with ShowStudio that has Kanye debating against Kanye on the ranking of his past albums. Leave your comments below and enjoy!
