One of our favorite new singers on the rise has been LA transplant Gallant, who's currently on the road across North America supporting indie music icon Sufjan Stevens. Last night at the Jersey City stop, they had some unexpected fun for the crowd.
For the encore of Sufjan’s set, Gallant was brought out to perform a live cover rendition of Drake’s massively popular “Hotline Bling”. Gallant and Sufjan give a strong vocal performance with Steven's band joining along while pictures of Drake are shown on the visual for comical effect. We even see Sufjan himself re-enact the epic dance moves from Drake’s music video.
Watch the equally amazing and hilarious performance below. Enjoy!

Travi$ Scott and Kanye West have just released their official music video for the “Piss On Your Grave” through Apple Music. Co-produced by Kanye himself, the track was a standout from Travi$’ album Rodeo.
Now offering the visuals for the menacing song, Kanye and Travi$ trudge around a foggy wood both dressed head to toe in Kanye’s new fashion line. Making some interesting facial expressions to say the least, Kanye is back to his fearless ways. Complete with scenes of presumed piss flowing over skulls in the dirt, director Nabil doesn’t shy away from explicitly depicting the two artist's foreboding lyrics.
And for all you Kanye fans, Travi$ Scott recently confessed while on Zane Lowe’s Beats 1 Radio that Kanye’s new album is “coming very soon, as you can see relayed in this tweet below:
Until then, enjoy the video treatment for "Piss On Your Grave!"
2015 has been the first year that TSIS regular GRiZ has started to enlist some amazing talents to officially remix his track. We've seen some hot ones from Big Wild, Autograf, Naderi and more of "For The Love" a few months back.
Today we get an amazing rendition of his song "Stop Trippin" from rising trap force NGHTMRE. With a track record of impressive remixes of artists like Tep No and Porter Robinson and his recent trap anthem "Street", we were excited to hear he was unexpectedly remixing GRiZ.
NGHTMRE highlights the funky soulful vocal and instrumental elements of the original and flips it upside down into a certified festival anthem. From the new drums, epic buildups and relentless drops, this turned out to be quite a hit. He even manages to let the sax breakdown from the original shine through on the second drop. Listen to this track below and grab a free download thanks to the artists. Enjoy!

Production duo and twin brothers Sherwyn and Kendrick Nichols, aka Two Fresh, have been long time supported on TSIS with their signature blend of hip-hop and electronic styles. A sound they have continued to refine building up to their latest 6-track EP, Torch.
When asked if there was a different approach to this new project, “of course!” the twins replied “the difference between Torch is we came into the project with an understanding of our direction. Our roots has and always will be hip hop, and through experimenting we came to find our sound.“
While the project offers a some more bass centric cuts with “Logos” and “Bandz,” Two Fresh truly embrace their hip-hop sound like never before on Torch with tracks featuring the likes of Joey Purp, Vic Mensa, Curtis Williams, Mac-Miller signed Njomza and more, mentioning that this shift is inspired from the two “just being themselves.”
Perhaps the most stand out track from the EP is the Joey Purp X Vic Mensa collaboration "Still Got It" which seems to be the perfect fit for the sound Two Fesh have gone for on this project as they mention "anytime we visit Chicago we always stop through to work with Joey and the rest of Savemoney.”
Stream the single "Still Got It" below along with "Torch" in full. enjoy!
