I still haven't been able to stop rinsing Vancouver native Sleepy Tom's creative trap / electro rendition of A$AP Ferg's "Shabba" since it landed in our inbox this past winter, and now the emerging producer is back with a brand new original. It's safe to say Diplo touches something… and it turns to gold, and if it's a song that's good on it's own, the result is in a league of it's own. He has just taken on Lorde and her single "Tennis Court" and has given it his unique brand of wobbly sounds full of downtempo trap meets electro vibes. Somehow Lorde sounds just as fresh as the original did in 2013. There's no free download which leads us to believe this might be official. Listen below and enjoy.

Duke Dumont has brought his most recent deep house single "Won't Look Back" to life in a way I don't think anyone could have imagined. Centered around a trio of masked vigilante's wreaking havoc on a local pawn shop with their weapon of choice being… pogo-sticks, which leads to a showdown between the gang and a cop riding a Segway. The unlikely means of transporation make for a rediculous encounter ending with one of the pogo-stickers doing a leap of faith. While the video provides a great new life to the song, we still are going to have to wait until August 24th for a proper for an actual releaes date. Enjoy!
Vic Mensa is easily one of the most exciting rappers on the come up who's been the world's radar since his infectious single "Down On My Luck". Well today we have the music video for a completely different sounding single "Feel That". The video starts off with Vic taking some variation of acid through his ear, then things get weird. From tripped out collages of him, to a neon trampoline party and even a cameo from Chance the Rapper and Chanel West Coast, the video lives up to the song. I have a feeling this is the start of pushing "Feel That" as a single, which I have no problem with. No details on a release date yet, so watching the video will have to do in the mean time. Enjoy!

LA elite beatmaker Shlohmo first collaborated with R&B star Jeremih last year for a suprising collaboration "Bo Beep", then followed up with the single "No More". Well today we have a brand new full release from the lethal duo, featuring a total of 5 songs featuring 2 brand new ones as well as a new extended cut of the "Fuck U All The Time" remix that started it all. What we hear in the "No More" EP is some true chemistry. The artists have had time to truly get to know each other past the initial meetings that spurred the first two tracks. It's hard to put into words how perfect the styles of both artists compliment each other. From the spacey, far out yet soulful hip-hop inspired productions of Shlohmo paint the perfect canvas for Jeremih's sensually charged R&B vocals to seriously murder. The last track on the EP has none other than growing star Chance the Rapper to lay down a verse after a half time break, adding his signature light hearted twist.
The entire EP has been leaked before it's release as a free download thanks to the artists themselves so grab a copy while still available here.
