[PREMIERE] Jack Ü – Where Are Ü Now (Ember Island Cover) (Flaxo Remix) : Chill Trap / Indie [Free Download]Posted in Bangin, Premieres by nick | Tags: Ember Island, Flaxo, Free Download, Jack U, Premiere, Remix
Diplo and Skrillex's collaborative single "Where Are Ü Now" as Jack Ü' also featuring Justin Bieber continues to make waves worldwide letting both artists step into the pop world like never before.
Well today we get to hear an unexpected remix of the song which uses the acoustic cover version of the song from Ember Island as the base. Flaxo, a TSIS regular who's brought us remixes of Bingo Players "Knock You Out" and Yellow Claw's "Shotgun" has stepped up to the plate. He layers in new melodies, exciting percussion elements and a guitar and horn filled drop that make just enough room for Ember Island's vocals to lay on top perfectly. Stream the premiere of the song below and grab a free download. Enjoy!
Here are some words from Flaxo himself on the remix
""I stumbled on this Ember Island cover of the Jack U/Bieber collab Where Are U Now and fell in love instantly. I've been experimenting with some different rhythmic formats and different instrumental styles that incorporated some more organic drumming and basslines with more "synthetic" stuff and when this fell on my lap I thought it made perfect sense to take some of the more uplifting, organic material I had written and put it together with this really vulnerable, personal vocal cut from them. It's intended for moments on a train or a bus where you forget where you are for a sec and you think back to something that happened 5 years ago."
We've also been informed Flaxo has an original EP in the works so be on the lookout.

[PREMIERE] Kanye West & The Weeknd Come Together For “Feel Stronger” Carlos Serrano Mix [Free Download]Posted in Bangin, Chill, Premieres by nick | Tags: Carlos Serrano, Free Download, kanye west, Mix, Premiere, The Weeknd
Last year we heard the unlikely pairing of Kanye West and Sam Smith on "Tell Me I'm The Only One" which was seamlessly mixed by Carlos Serrano.
This time around The Weeknd and his recent radio smash "Can't Feel My Face" acts as the instrumental and vocal accompaniment for Kanye West's iconic "Stronger" vocals to sit perfectly over. Like all of the edits from the bootleg maestro Carlos Serrano, this will have you wondering why both artists haven't worked on something original yet. You can also hear some guest saxophone playing from TSIS regular Dominic Lalli of Big Gigantic.
Listen below to the premiere of the song and grab a free download thanks to Carlos Serrano. Enjoy!

Apart from the release of “Bend,” Future Classic’s Chet Faker has mostly stayed quiet since the release of his stellar 2014
album Built On Glass which featured one of his breakout singles "1998". Now he’s released a new version of the song, and he’s enlisted the alluring vocals of LA singer Banks. She comes in adding a brand new verse and adds background vocals throughout to round out the already amazing song and give it a new dynamic we didn’t even know the original needed. Stream below and head to the iTunes store to grab the download.

Zeds Dead are consistently responsible for putting out some the best bass focused mixes online recently dropping off a mix for Pete Tong, their unbeatable "Winter Mix" and even Diplo & Friends mix from last year.
Well today we get to hear the duo's 2015 edition of their annual Diplo & Friends mix which just happened on Saturday and they do not disappoint. They go all over the board genre wise with some house vibes opening up with their Oliver Heldens collaboration "You Know" and even bring things over to the hip-hop side with Kaytranada and Vic Mensa's single "Drive Me Crazy" and of course a healthy amount of bass heaters from the duo themselves,12th Planet, Snails, Brillz and many more.
Zeds Dead also give us a preview of an upcoming dubstep track at the very end that is still listed as an "ID" track but we will keep you posted as details roll in. Listen to this 60 minute eccentric mix below. Full tracklist is after the jump below. Enjoy

Drake decides to set this week off on the best note ever with not one but two new unreleased tracks uploaded in full to his Soundcloud.
The first track “Hotline Bling” is a song that he’s been playing out at his festival performances including Governor’s Ball amongst others. It sounds like it’s bound to be the next radio single with smooth production and infectious verses and choruses.
The b-side to go with the track is "Right Hand” which is a darker, more sensual track with some very basic production. Enjoy!

Earlier this year bass heavyweights Kill the Noise and Feed Me teamed up for the exciting "Far Away" which not only blended their styles perfectly, but became quite a regularly played anthem. Now some official remixes have begun rolling out and we have the premier of TSIS regular Habstrakt's flip of the song. He tears the song down to it's core and builds it up as a brutal, hard hitting, bass-heavy future house anthem, that is ready to be heard all summer long. Listen to the premiere of the song below and grab a copy of it through Slow Roast Records on July 31st. You can also check out the behind the scenes video on the making of "Far Away" below and pick up a limited 1 of 100 "Far Away" pin on the interactive page here. Enjoy!
Here's some words from Kill the Noise on it:
"Far Away is a song that Feed Me and I put out earlier this year. It is the biggest collaborative project I think I've ever been a part of! ….Carrying on the collaborative spirit of the record we got our very talented friends Habstrakt and MUST DIE! on the remixes! These guys nailed it, so stoked to have them a part of the Far Away world!”

Future Classic’s Hayden James is one of the label’s smoothest artists that has flown under the radar on many of his releases, but his infectious original “Something About You” has gained a lot of attention since its release. Now the Odesza guys have given the track their magical touch on this unbelievably slick remix that shows off their dynamic sound. The vocals of the original are highlighted as melodic keys build up to slashing synths and mesmerizing glitched vocal samples that bring together this mellow, irresistible remix in their signature melodic future bass style.

UK based house duo Disclosure broke out in 2012 with their single "Latch" featuring at the time unknown fellow UK artist Sam Smith on vocals. Fast forward to today and Sam Smith has 4 Grammy awards and has sold 4 million copies of his In The Lonely Hour album and shows know signs of slowing down. Well as Disclosure approaches the release of their sophomore album Caracal set for a September 25th release, already seeing single "Holding On" Ft. Gregory Porter, and also the change up unexpected non album single "Bang That", the buzz couldn't be higher.
Well today we get our ears on the full version of the long awaited return collaboration "Omen" featuring both artists. The song has a much more downtempo vibe to it than the anthemic radio ready "Latch". It'd be hard to not imagine hearing this everywhere for the rest of the year and more, yet it's definitely not quite the followup to "Latch" anyone was expecting. Enjoy!
FKJ is on a roll as of late with his new original “Drops” and an infectious remix of Lianne La Havas’ “Unstoppable,” and he has a new one for us today off his label, Roche Musique’s .Wave compilation. He’s teamed up with labelmate Darius on “Ô,” which is one of FKJ’s most mellow releases to date as minimal percussion is accompanied by his signature slick guitar rifts and melodic keys with short, sexy vocal samples thrown in. Keep an eye on this label and keep an eye out the whole compilation due on 8/21 as Roche Musique is responsible for some of the smoothest sounds out there.
