Bingo Players

Maarten Hoogstraten from Bingo Players has been keeping the act going very strong after the very unfortunate passing of his musical partner and most importantly his friend Paul Bäumer. BP has since released both "Knock You Out" and "Nothing To Say" which are both amazing dance records that only have us anxiouslly awaiting what's next. Well Maarten has hit us up to share a 50 track playlist of songs that have inspired him and Paul in their music making process from the early days all the way to today ranging from classics like Daft Punk, Moby, The Chemical Brothers and more. Listen to the musical journey of a playlist below. Enjoy.

Here are some words from Maarten himself:

"These tracks have all inspired Bingo Players in the music making process. These are all songs that myself and Paul listened to throughout the years and as you listen to the playlist most will be able to hear where we took some of our inspiration, especially for early Bingo Players records like "Devotion" , "Tom's Diner" and "When I Dip". We continued to carry those influences into later records like "Cry" and I've been playing around with some of those classic sounds in my newer productions. I’ve always loved French house and old rave tracks, they provide great inspiration and remind me of my younger days, sneaking into raves underage and having wild nights with friends."

Kendrick Lamar ft. Lady Gaga – Partynauseous

Posted in Bangin by Jake | Tags: , ,

An outrageously good new Kendrick Lamar song just appeared online titled “Partynauseous” that has a surprising feature from Lada Gaga. She provides some effected vocals over a spacey beat with powerful hi-hats and electronic textures which leads to Kendrick coming in and spitting an unruly, yet laid back verse with a flow that couldn't be mistaken for anyone else. There is no details or idea on if this will see an official release or not. Listen below, share thoughts in the comments and enjoy!

Drake ft. Beyoncé New Song “Can I” Leaked In Full

Posted in Bangin, Chill by nick | Tags: , ,

Well it looks like Drake and Beyoncé have finally linked up on a track. The new, sure to be massive, song is called "Can I" – and it just leaked online. The song features some effort-and-flawless verses from Drake and a smooth sung verse from singer Sal Houdini. Although Beyonce may only supply a small line, "Can I. Baby", her distictive voice adds a powerful and minimal edge. While this might be a leak, it sounds pretty done and full, so not sure how it could have appeared. Either way listen below and we'll keep you posted of the official release. Enjoy!

Jamie XX Releases New Official Version Of “I Know There’s Gonna Be (Good Times)” Ft Both Young Thug & Popcaan

Posted in Chill by Jake | Tags: , , ,

We’re quickly approaching the June 1 release of Jaime XX’s debut solo album, In Colour, and now we get to hear the official version of one of the most anticipated tracks off the album.

We previously heard a leaked version of this new track I Know There’s Gonna Be (Good Times),” the unlikely collaboration with rising Atlanta hip hop star Young Thug, and now we have the official version featuring Jamaican dancehall artist, Popcaan. Jaime XX strays away from the sound he’s become known for with The XX and delivers a unique summertime hit that surely evokes good vibes and will have you repeatedly clicking replay. The soft production on this track uses a warm, soulful sample that unexpectedly works well alongside Young Thug’s screeching signature vocals over the melodic beat with thumping bass and is all brought together by Popcaan's added refreshing, reggae infused hook. Keep an eye out for one of the most anticipated albums of the year. Enjoy!

VMPR Cover v2

SNAILS has quickly become one of the most exciting artists in the bass world and has just unleashed his latest release. This adds to the already eventful 2015 SNAILS has been having with the release of his collaboration with Skrillex and Diplo on their Jack U album, a free collab remix with Brillz on "Crazy", a collab with Big Gigantic on the song "Funk With Me", and his recent monstrous solo single "King Is Back".

He just announced a forthcoming #FREETHEVOMIT EP set to release next month for FREE, named after his signature brand of electronic music Vomitstep. The idea of giving out the entire release as a free download is to thank all of his fans which is something us here at TSIS are massive supporters of.

The first single from the EP is "VMPR", an electro weapon that has been getting played out over the past year by SNAILS, DJ Snake, Dillon Francis, Zeds Dead amongst many more. The song is structured like an electro house tune, but delivered in SNAILS' signature extra weird style. He tastefully uses a vocal sample from The Smashing Pumpkin's song "The World Is A Vampire" which really helps complete the track.

SNAILS has also just revealed the dates for his biggest tour yet, SNAILIN USA Tour, Pt. 2. You can see all the dates below and grab tickets through his website here. Listen below to the song and grab a free download from his website. Enjoy!

[PREMIERE] Marvin Gaye – Sexual Healing (SNBRN Remix) : Funky Deep House Remix

Marvin Gaye - Sexual Healing (SNBRN Remix)

LA producer SNBRN has become a favorite through countless house remixes like Mark Morrison's "Return Of The Mack", Ace Of Base's "All She Wants", and Pretty Ricky's "Grind With Me". Following up his debut original release "Raindrops", he is back with another remix, this time officially taking on Marvin Gaye's "Sexual Healing". Unlike Kygo's mellowed out remix of the song we heard last year, SNBRN goes with the more upbeat club ready route with a funky bassline, strong drums, tropical horns, and just the right amount of vocal sample to sing along to. You can expect to hear this one in clubs and by the pool all summer long.

Here are a few words from SNBRN himself on the remix:

“This track has been a staple in my live sets for months now. I wanted to create something super funky and upbeat, but still have that soul to it. For a long time the instrumental had no hook, until one night I started cutting up old 80's records and found the perfect fit. I am finally able to present to you my official remix of Marvin Gaye’ "Sexual Healing" – Ohhhhh Baabyyy.” – SNBRN
