Brooklyn based producer duo Brasstracks has been bringing their trumpeting skills to a multitude of covers and remixes including a collaboration with Lido. Now they've taken on supergroup TNGHT’s hit “Higher Ground” as a remix, which works perfectly as the original heavily used horns. They tweaked the beat, added some melodic keys, and was spot on replicating TNGHT’s wonky horns while changing it up to make the track their own. Enjoy!

This year's Electric Forest festival in Rothbury, Michigan just completed its fifth year, and its best yet! The festival is known for having countless secret sets and suprises throughout the weekend, and the magnitude of what took place over the four days was quite staggering.
Thissongissick.com have thrown various late night parties in the past, including the first ever Big Grizmatik set (Big Gigantic, Gramatik and Griz together) amongst many more. We had some of the most epic parties this year, from a legendary Skrillex b2b Datsik b2b 12th Planet b2b Snails b2b Crizzly b2b Vaski set on Friday, an epic three and half hour Mr. Carmack set in the Forest on Saturday night, and one of the most unique parties we've ever been apart of.
On the last night of the festival, we went over to General Admission camping to team up with the "Holy Ship Fam" to throw an afterparty on top of an RV consisting of Big Gigantic's Dominic Lalli and Cherub's Jason Heubert both DJing, while Jeremy Salken went in on the drums. This became a make-shift stage, which quickly gathered well over a 1500 people below. They played live versions of some Big G classics and party anthems from Cashmere Cat, Trippy Turtle, Skrillex and more for the truly perfect unexpected ending set to a truly epic festival.
If you were one of the lucky fans to attend this party, you won't be ablt to forget this party that lasted until the sun was beginning to rise and then everyone dispersed for the final time.

Still fresh after the release of Big Sean’s Dark Sky Paradise album, he has unleashed a crazy new music video for the highlight song off the album. Sean brought Kanye West out to the club on the ferocious video for their “All Your Fault” collaboration, and you might want some 3D glasses for these frantic, psychedelic, party oriented visuals. They display their undeniable chemistry as they trade bars while the video effects make it look like they are holograms in a club as the visuals represent the intensity of the song, and A$AP Ferg even makes a cameo. I imagine these two bring the same energy displayed in this video to their studio sessions. Enjoy!
