The Knocks

Just WOW! Having previously released a joint collaboration together–"Down 2 Get Up"–UK producer and outspoken dance music critic Mat Zo has shared what I consider one of the best remixes of 2015, a disco-fueled rendition of The Knocks "Collect My Love". This audible joyride lures you in with a cinematic build that highlights Alex Newell's powerful vocals before unveiling two beautiful drops that are guaranteed to get you on your feet and dancing. Maz Zo pours in all the feels and summer vibes to brighten up the darkest of days! Take a listen below and grab a copy when the remix is released August 28th. Enjoy

Gallant – Weight In Gold (Brasstracks Remix) : Trumpet Filled R&B / Trap

Gallant Brasstracks

The quickly rising Mind of a Genius label had one of the most talked about breakout acts of the past year with ZHU, and now R&B vocalist Gallant has really been proving himself as the next to break out from the label. “Weight In Gold” has already garnished some unreal remixes from both Louis Futon and Ta-Ku, and now we get another stellar take on the track from Brasstracks. This Brooklyn based duo have been working their trumpet heavy sound into covers and remixes including their recent take on TNGHT’s “Higher Ground.” They highlight Gallant's soothing vocals as they float on top of the mellow horn fueled production for their take of "Weight In Gold. Stream below and grab a copy if you're feeling the remix. Enjoy

Keys N Krates I know U

The Canadian live electronic act Key N Krates are back on our radar with an exquisite new original single titled “I Know U” that will be dropping on their new EP set to drop this fall on Dim Mak. Following up their previous release "Save Me" we hear a very different change of pace similar to some of their older tracks. With a rushing blast of future bass synths, heavy trap drums and the perfect vocal sample, this track comes together nicely. Stream below and grab a copy here, enjoy!

Story

My story has changed quite a lot since moving to Boulder, Colorado and starting Thissongissick back in 2010. My name is Nick Guarino and this is Thissongissick.com. We've grown a lot since, but the original goal has always stayed the same: making it easier for you to discover sick new music that you've never heard before. In high school I would make mix cd's for my friends to show them all the new music I was discovering. Now, through TSIS, we work with musicians and record labels from all over the world to showcase a variety of the freshest electronic, hip-hop, indie, and alternative music to a global following that is comprised of millions of music lovers in over 110 countries - every single month. So, make yourself at home while enjoying countless amazing musicians from a variety of genres and let the sick sounds fill your ears! - Nick
