It was only two weeks ago that we premiered the second edition of "The Zoo" mix series which was an hour long compilation that included two new IDs from TSIS known artist Elephante. Well today Elephante manages to keep the good music coming with his brand new single "Black Ivory."
"Black Ivory" stands as a testament to his ever growing skill set. Delving from his typical progressive house style, Elephante pulls from the future bass sub-genre to create a lush soundscape full of bass melodies on top of the future pop foundation. He even throws a few elephant sounds into the mix to make sure he reminds listeners who created the unreal track. Quickly rising singer Gallant is coming hot off a successful 2015 in which he joined Zhu on the Mind of a Genius label, released his breakout single “Weight In Gold,” and toured alongside Sufjan Stevens in addition to launching his new acoustic video series “In The Room.” Now Gallant has recently shared on social media that his debut album is finished, and we couldn’t be more excited.
This LA based singer aims to reshape the R&B landscape with his piercing falsetto vocals, and he’s back flexing his rare voice with Skipping Stones, a two-track digital release out Friday, 2/5 on Red Bull Sound Select. He’s released the title track “Skipping Stones” featuring the alurring vocals of fellow R&B singer Jhene Aiko and was co-produced by Stint and Adrian Younge, a master sampler & hip hop producer who’s worked with Ghostface Killah, Jay Z, DJ Premier, and more. This new track blends laid back, organic guitar, bass, horns, and keyboard instrumentation with raw drums utilizing a crashing snare; setting the stage for Gallant’s soulful vocals to shine atop. The second track off this release this Friday is Gallant's "Borderline" collaboration with James Fauntleroy we previously covered.

Dutch maestro GANZ has a storied history of releases with TSIS over the last few years that include breaking the internet on numerous occasions via incredible flips of Hermitude and Flume's "HyperParadise", Cashmere Cat's "Party Girls", and ODESZA's "Say My Name" to name a few.
At this point in his career, the seasoned producer is honing in on crafting original productions that make it rather fitting for hip-hop lyricists to jump on. Cue the slamming new single from his upcoming "GAO" EP titled "Gaobear"; placing a world-class collection of future bass kicks and punchy trap aesthetics together makes for a strong foundation for Dutch rapper Dusty to launch a vicious flow of verses into the mix.
It's a banger of a different breed, not far removed from the club atmsophere but suited for blasting at high volumes wherever you may be listening. Stream this latest GANZ heater below and look out for more creations coming soon! Enjoy

Flume's latest single "Smoke & Retribution" surprised with an unexpected feature from California rapper Vince Staples and from singer Kučka. Well the incredible new track now gets a future bass / trap makeover from Ekali.
Aside from one feature on ODESZA's No Sleep – Mix.09, Ekali is a brand new artist to the site. His unique take on Flume's most recent song had us listening in awe. Flipping the track on its head, Ekali brings in thumping tuba punches and grandios synth layers only to strip it all away in favor of a minimal trap section fitted with gurgling tones. He then somehow manages to smoothly bring back the former, brighter section as Vince Staples' verse comes in at a down-pitched timbre.
It looks like we'll be hearing back from Ekali in just 3 weeks, see what he had to say for yourself below. For now, tune into his epic remix of "Smoke & Retribution."
I know this is my first upload in about 5 months – I promise I won't keep you waiting that long again. Next track up on my page in 3 weeks – G Jones X Ekali.
