Update 9/24/2015: Less than 24 hours after teasing the collaboration with A-Trak and Keznamdi via a visual component, ZHU premieres "As Crazy As It Is" in full glory! You can hear A-Trak's live scratching on the production and the jazzy elements meshing perfectly with ZHU and Keznamdi vocals perfectly.
Just a couple weeks back the enigmatic ZHU went live with a mysterious website generationwhy.com which had a matrix inspired vibe which cryptically revealed an impressive list of artists we have assumed are a list of collaborators for a future project. These speculations were confirmed as of last week when we got the first track "Automatic," a collaboration with UK singer AlunaGeorge.
A wide-variety of names such as Bone Thugs N Harmony, Trombone Shorty, Skrillex, A-Trak and Gallant appeared on the site. A-Trak was one of the names that instantly made us more interested in what kind of collaboration they could have on the way.
Well it seems the predictions were true once again and we have our ears on the very first clip of this collaboration titled "As Crazy As It Is", which has been leaked exclusively to those who submitted their e-mail at generationwhy.com. Listen and watch the clip below, and if it follows last week's pattern we should expect the single's release on Friday. Enjoy!
Perennial dance music veteran A-Trak is back to follow up his massive hit "Push" with an original creation full of life and good vibes. With an endless amount of production capabilities at his disposal, the Montreal born producer/DJ flexes his electro prowess on "We All Fall Down"; A-Trak shoves oodles of melodic dance melodies and 80's/90's influenced house elements into the framework, which is further enhanced by the vocal additions from UK soul-singer Jamie Lidell. The end result will sweep you up onto your feet and swaying carefree to the contagious rhythm. You can stream the Radio rip below and grab a download on Friday, October 2nd via Fools Gold. Enjoy

It’s been well over a year since ZHU broke into dance music's elite after TSIS helped share his mysteriously infectious tracks including his remix of Outkast without identifying an artist name. This eventually led to the successful release of his breakout single "Faded" and the Grammy nominated The Nightday EP.
While many fretted over the producers identity — with some believing it was a side project of Disclosure or Skrillex – ZHU took his mysterious brand to the live space playing select shows across the globe while displaying his art driven production to audiences. Even when playing in-front of festival and venue crowds, ZHU still managed to keep his identity masked behind a LED screen and projection mapping while stunning audiences worldwide.
It's been awhile since we've heard from ZHU, but he just launched a brand new website – generationwhy.com – and it's full of cryptic, Matrix style text. Through this text there appears to be various artists names floating around. We've included a screenshot of the website, with the page brightened up to see the artists.
We see Skrillex, Bone Thugs N Harmony, A-Trak, AlunaGeorge, Gallant amongst multiple others. Since ZHU seems to be far past his remix days, we can safely assume this is his unique way of sharing to the world that he has tracks with these artists, possible on one cohesive album / EP / project of some sort?
For now it's just speculation, but ZHU hasn't led us wrong in the past. Enjoy!
A-Trak kicks off summer festival season by releasing a brand new song that is full of energy. “Action” is a three way collaboration alongside AraabMuzik and Ape Drums and is a relentless bass fueled trap anthem. From the screeching synths, anthemic horns and beastly drums we are treated to a festival ready weapon. Even better this is a being passed out as a free download. Enjoy.
You can catch all three of these artists as they embark on the Gold Gone Wild tour which is stopping at 6 cities kicking off this Friday June 5th in Boston. See all dates and grab tickets here.
