 Goldlink re re

Along with a new track off the project, we've been blessed with the news that GoldLink's debut album And After That We Didn't Talk will drop ahead of schedule and will be released Friday 11/6 via Soulection. GoldLink has continued to impress us and be one of the most exciting new rappers on the rise.

New Black” is a 2-minute tune appearing as track 10 on AATWDT adding to previously released cuts from the album including “Dance on Me” and "Spectrum.” While much of his recent production has been handled by Louie Lastic, this new one brings smooth production from fellow Soulection affiliate Tom Misch alongside Aussie Jordan Rakei. “New Black” brings boom bap style hip-hop percussion on a calming instrumental with bouncing synths as Goldlink brings his relaxing rhymes. Goldlink has been known to only tell the truth in his raps and offers his thoughts on hip hop with the repeated lyrics “hip hop will die, I promise that, if we keep the lies in our raps.” Enjoy the stream below and stay tuned for the album on Friday!

Major Lazer Autoero Re

It’s safe to say that 2015 was another great one for Major Lazer as the threesome consisting of Diplo, Walshy Fire, and Jillonaire have taken their brand to a whole new level releasing the double platinum single “Lean On” along with their massive Peace Is The Mission album filled with big name collaborations including tracks with Ellie Goulding, Travis $cott, and more. And the Major Lazer crew has kept their momentum going scoring a cartoon adaptation on FXX, crushing a massive world tour playing almost every night this year and hosting a radio show on Apple Music’s Beats 1 Radio.

Diplo just recent shared news on what's next for Major Lazer with a forthcoming album titled "Peace Is the Mission 2.0" coming out "next month". He's confirmed he just got 5 new masters for tracks on the album. We don't have news yet, but are led to believe a Deluxe edition of Peace Is the Mission is coming next month, and will feature 5 new tracks.

On the latest broadcast of their Beats 1 radio show, we heard an exciting unreleased collaboration with Toronto based producer Autoerotique for Major Lazer's take on the Future House sound. We can expect this track to be one of the new tracks likely to be on the tracklist of the upcoming album. Hear the clip from the radio show.

Look out for Peace Is the Mission 2.0 coming out next month, and we will keep you updated. Enjoy!

G eazy Dark Out

Last year one of our favorite underground rappers G-Eazy we've been covering for years transitioned to a globally recognized name thanks to his debut album These Things Happen featuring singles  “Been On” and “I Mean It”. This led to non-stop touring including endless sold out dates and playing almost every major festival which has fueled his growing fanbase. Aside from a few singles including "Got Me" and "Say So" we have been dying for what is next.

Today we get exciting news that his newest album is confirmed to be coming out December 4th and will be called When It's Dark Out. Look below for the trailer and announcement video. We also get the first single, a collaboration with singer Bebe Rexha titled “Me, Myself & I”. It's a nice blend of his signature unique styled verses and her catchy radio ready verses colliding perfectly. Listen below and we will keep you posted on everything around the new album. Enjoy!
