He brings electro house and breaks into the picture, with his own massive twist. This release further estblishes how forward thinking and versatile he is as an artist. Although he let out a good chunk of the release, hearing it all together really gives you the complete story he is trying to tell. We already got to sample The full version of “Do or Die” with Childish Gambino really blew me away and instantly became one of the my favorite from both Flux Pavilion and Childish Gambino . “Double Edge (ft. Sway & P Money)” is Flux’s spin on the breaks style which he proceeds to do a damn good job of it. He brings back “I Can’t Stop”, which was one of his most iconic track for a brand new “I Still Can’t Stop”. It recharges the classic bass hit with the perfect crunchy yet sublte rebirth. Every single track on here is truly remarkable, all working together to form a cohesive project that is easily the most impressive piece of work to date for someone who continues to pave the path for bass music worldwide. Grab a copy through iTunes and Beatport. Also listen to the Minimix that Flux sent over, and watch his live stream happening right now LIVE from 02 in London.

Flux Pavilion – Starlight : Blow the Roof EP
Posted in Bangin by nick | Tags: BANGER, Blow the Roof EP, Dubstep, Flux PavillionAnother day, another new Flux Pavillion single. “Starlight” is another new single off his upcoming Blow the Roof EP. It is also the secodn one of two tracks on the EP offering some impressive vocals from Flux Pavillion himself, the other being “The Scientist”. For Starlight, he delivers another full on melody driven dubstep anthem that fuses emotion and brutal bass seamlessly. The song reminds me a little of his iconic remix to Cracks – Freestylers. This is one of the highlights off the EP so far. Less then 2 days left till this massive release. Enjoy!
