Dog Blood – Chella Ride (Official Music Video) + (Mr Oizo Remix) : Outrageous Music Video [Free Download]Posted in Bangin, Video by Bryan | Tags: Boys Noize, Dog Blood, Free Download, Mr. Oizo, Official Video, OWSLA, Remix, Skrillex, Video
Having built a reputation of being the supergroup of all electronic music supergroups after a global takeover of the music festival circuit throughout 2013, Dog Blood (consisting of Boys Noize b2b Skrillex) have turned their attention from creating impactful techno / bass music to supplying fans with visual aesthetics as well. Using their chart topping single "Chella Ride" as the catalyst along with director Golden Wolf and Primary's art direction, Dog Blood's music video is a graphic novel fanatics wet dream! A storyline featuring illustrated canine astronauts in outer space, an intergalactic fight scene following the launching of nuclear weapons, and other innovative visuals are on display.
To coincide with the release, Dog Blood have also delivered a much needed french electro remix of "Chella Ride" produced by Ed Banger Records maestro Mr. Oizo available for free download! Stream both Mr. Oizo's remix and the official music video below and above all… Enjoy

Being one of my favorite producers under the sun, Boys Noize vast catalog of original music and remix's has cemented his status of being an electronic music pioneer while still having room to further his style in the coming years. The talented German has sought out the eclectic panache of OWSLA producer Blood Diamonds to lay a completely different twist on "Got It" for an upcoming Out of the Black Remix Album. Stripping the track of its acid house / techno roots, Blood Diamonds applies a summertime vibe touch with tropical percussion additions and future bass blasts that bring a dreamy aesthetic to the song. The verses supplied by iconic rap / hip-hop artist Snoop Dogg are still left intact and accompany the updated version quite well. Stream this exclsuive premiere below and be sure to grab Boys Noize Out of the Black Remix Album on February 3rd via Boys Noize Records.

“If you want to make amazing music, get together with a friend and start your own little scene that can become a community…”
What seemed like an unorthodox pairing from the start has turned into a worldwide music phenomenon as the partnership of Skrillex and Boys Noize as Dog Blood created a whirlwind of attention this year. Both pioneers in their respective genres, the collaborative efforts and unique on stage chemistry of Sonny and Alex have rocked the very foundation of the electronic music community. The two were caught on film working on the new Middle Finger Pt 2 EP and shared what Dog Blood means to them along with some wise words for all you up and coming producers / DJs out there. Enjoy

Words from Boys Noize himself:
“I made one Acid/Hardcore/Rave/Break track called ”Excuse Me” ,
one very analogue Techno track ”Inhale / Exhale”, with no melody and no bass line just really intense Robot voices,
one 909 Acid/Disco-House track with summer vibes,
one Acid (T)Rap track that goes Hard !! (yes no one has brought the Acid sound into Rap/HipHop yet hehe)
plus another sick Rave beat on ”Push Em Up”.”

Skrillex & Boys Noize from POTATO : Short Film On Birthplace of Electronic Dance Music and the City that Raised It, Detroit [VIDEO]Posted in Bangin, News, Video by nick | Tags: Boys Noize, Detroit, Documentary, Dubstep, Kevin Saunderson, POTATO, Short Film, Skrillex, Techno, Video
POTATO the new YouTube channel from Diplo, Skrillex and A-Trak has launched with it’s first show Bang! The first episode features Skrillex, Boys Noize and Kevin Saunderson highlighting the Birthplace of Electronic Dance Music and Techno and the city it took place in, Detroit, Michigan. There are interviews with Kevin Saunderson talking about his trio who are regearded as one of the originators of Techno, the Bellview Three (Alongside Derrick May and Juan Atkings). There are also interviews with Skrillex (Sonny Moore) and Boys Noize (Alexander Ridha) and scenes from their New Years Show of the same name The Bang that took place in Detroit at Palace of Auburn Hills.
It is extremely awesome to see someone like Skrillex who has such a large diverse fanbase both young and old and also rookie and veterans in the scene wanting to educate everyone about the origins of the birth of dance music and techno. I guess you could say he “Put His Hands Up For Detroit” What do you think? Comment below.
