A recent steady and consistent stream of top notch original tracks and remixes has skyrocketed Henry Fong to one of most buzzed about names in electro-house His newest single "Scream", with collaborator J-Trick, just released on Musical Freedom, is setting a new standard for produced releases; actually revolutionizing how tracks will be put out in the future. They have become the first ever producers to give away, not just the stems to the song for others to remix, but are passing out the entire Ableton Live project file of the song, with all 34 layers left intact. This is a producers wet dream; as every single section, plugin, and EQ can be traced.  Where most producers would consider all the information in a project file as their secrets, Fong and J exhibit confidence in their production by releasing their track-making process.

3lau dance floor filth vol 4

3LAU is someone we have been promoting since his early bootleg mashup days, sponsoring his first ever "Dance Floor Filth Volume 1" a couple of years back which jump started his entire career. He has grown far past mashups with some very successful originals on Tiesto's label, Steve Aoki's Dim Mak label, and collaborations with Dash Berlin on top of an internationally charting song "How You Love Me" featuring Bright Lights.

Well 3LAU goes back to his roots once again and delivers us the next chapter in his Dance Floor Filth series with Volume 4. The free bootleg mashup album features 8 huge tunes ready to shut down clubs and festivals across the globe. The songs follow his signature pattern of blending big names like Calvin Harris to Martin Garrix with newer acts like ZHU and Tchami with many including up to 6 tracks, all seamlessly blended giving the listener completely new sounding tracks. I don't think there's anyone that can do bootlegs better than 3LAU, he may have truly perfected the art. Listen below to the free album and for every download a dollar will be donated to Pencils Of Promise to help build a school. Enjoy!

Botnek Remix of Louder

Montreal based electro duo Botnek first popped up on our radar when we premiered their brutal remix of Martin Garrix's "Animals" and they have been on quite the rise since. Their remix of Chainsmokers "#SELFIE" has been a recent festival anthem, further proving they won't be turning out anything but anthems, and today we have their latest cut. They have remixed Style Of Eye's single "Louder" from his album "Footprints" out now on Ultra into their own "Botnek Weirder Remix", and weird it definitely is. It captures that unique extra weird sound that them and fellow Montreal producer SNAILS have been carving as we heard on their collaboration "KRMT". Dillon Francis and Martin Garrix – Set Me Free : Massive Electro House Anthem

Posted in Bangin by Bryan | Tags: , , , , ,

Dillon Francis Martin Garrix

Mad Decent’s pride and joy Dillon Francis has supplied many with a constant stream of new music leading up to the October 28th release of his debut studio album Money Sucks, Friends Rule. Between the catchy moombahton original “I Can’t Take It”, a genre blending collaboration with Diplo’s dancehall group Major Lazer for “We Make It Bounce”, and the indie-house styled “When We Were Young” with vocals from The Chain Gang 1974, Dillon's remarkable ability to excel in multiple genres is why his upcoming album could be the biggest release of 2014.

Having rinsed a collaboration with breakout teenage producer Martin Garrix all summer long, the single "Set Me Free" is already a well established anthem in each artists respective sets among many others. With the mission of "blowing everyone's asses off" a top priority, the two acts fused electro-house and bass elements together while showcasing their individual prowess as well. You can pre-order Dillon's album below to obtain an advance copy of this collab along the tracks mentioned above, and let's hope for more releases heading towards the albums final stretch! Enjoy
