Eliot Lipp – The Sunset : Single from New Pretty Lights Music Artist
Posted in Bangin by nick | Tags: Bass Music, Beat Music, Electronic, Eliot Lipp, Groove, Pretty Lights MusicToday I have a smooth electronic track from the newest artist added to the Pretty Lights Music record label. His name is Eliot Lipp, and he is an incredible producer / musician who resides in Brooklyn, NY. He’s a great musician and it shines through his tracks with a certain groove so many electronic artists lack. This is off his full length Shark Wolf Rabbit Snake album getting released on Pretty Lights Music on May 21st, for free, available here. Also check out his live drum fueled remix to Kany West’s “Nigg*s In Paris” if you missed it. Enjoy!

[TSIS EXCLUSIVE] Break Science – Flocyde (Florence and the Machine & The Pharcyde)
Posted in Bangin by nick | Tags: Break Science, Electronic, Florence + The Machine, Florence and the Machine, Mashup, Pretty Lights Music, Remix, The PharcydeToday I have another great track fit for bringing in summer. It features vocals from Florence and the Machine, and sampled beat from The Pharcyde, all mashed and remixed together by Break Science with their added electronic flavor. The upbeat vibe filled with just enough bass is the perfect track to listen to at all times of the day. Having a live drummer and keyboardist just adds a different warmth to the track. Break Science is the electronic group signed to Pretty Lights Music who dropped the free album The Monolith Code. Here’s a quote from the group about the track
“The melody is a key element that we like to infuse into our brand of electronic music. After hearing this song by Florence and the Machine, we felt the vocal line evokes an emotion which soars above the hard dance floor drums and future synths we eventually combined with it. We added a touch of the Pharcyde to give the listener another perspective on the tune and create a mashup of two very different yet familiar pieces of music. Hope y’all dig it!”
Turn up this track, and enjoy!

Lisa Mitchell – Neopolitan Dreams (Sound Remedy Remix) : Smooth Indie Bass Heavy Remix
Posted in Bangin by nick | Tags: BANGER, Dubstep, Electronic, Lisa Mitchell, Remix, Sound RemedyHere’s another great remix from Sound Remedy, this time taking on the track “Neopolitan Dreams” by Lisa Mitchell. We just featured his KO KO remix.. another great one. He does a great job at keeping the overall vibe of the original vocals, yet giving it the bass heavy kick. I also included a bonus remix from Sound Remedy of Nirvana’s”All Apologies”, another chiller electronic remix. Turn up the bass for this one, enjoy!

[TSIS PREMIERE] Adventure Club – Do I See Color (Big Gigantic Remix) : Must Hear Remix
Posted in Bangin by nick | Tags: Adventure Club, BANGER, Big Gigantic, Dubstep, Electronic, Moombahton, RemixToday I have a HUGE new remix from Big Gigantic, this time taking on “Do I See Color” by dubstep duo Adventure Club. They took the smooth melodic dubstep BANGER and turned it in a whole new epic direction. It starts off with that fresh indie electronic sound with some great sampling that Big G does so well, with Dom’s sax laid on top for an added layer of raw musical talent most electronic tracks lack. Then when it drops it lets loose some high pitched piercing synths that remind me a little bit of Alvin Risk. I can tell this track is going to be everywhere this summer. Turn up the bass, enjoy!

Paper Diamond – Turn Off The Lights (Ft. Nasimiya) (Music Video) : Incredibly Well Done Electronic Music Video
Posted in Bangin, Video by nick | Tags: Bass Music, Dubstep, Electronic, Funk, Mad Decent, Paper DiamondIn spirit of Paper Diamond’s recent freely released Wavesight EP on Mad Decent / Jeffrees, he drops off some incredibly visuals for the track “Turn Off The Lights (ft. Nasimiya)”. This is a huge anthem crossing over that obscure beat music style with parts of dubstep and pop music all with Nasimiya vocals carrying the whole track. The incredibly well done video is made up of quickly cut shots of both Nasimiya and Paper Diamond driving around in a sick car, that looks like it could be a Monte Carlo. The cartoon smoke was a good touch, but it would have been a good touch to have them smoking about 10 blunts. This is obviously only the beginning for one of our site’s favorites Paper Diamond. Turn this up, enjoy!
The video was made by our friends over at Illusive Media, they are really on top of their game.

Michal Menert – Even If It Isn’t Right (Album) : 27 Song Electronic Album on Pretty Lights Music
Posted in Bangin, Mixtapes / Albums by nick | Tags: Bass Music, Electronic, Funk, Michal Menert, Pretty Lights Music, SampleChoosing to give away your album for free is a great thing especially when it is really sick, like the latest from the first Pretty Lights Music artist Michal Menert, who actually helped Derek of Pretty Lights produce their first album. This album Even If It Isn’t Right follows up his debut Dreaming of A Bigger Life. This album is a long time in the waiting, over a year, which makes sense why it’s 27 tracks. He does a great job at sampling some of the best and most obscure samples. He’s developed a more bass heavy sound that works so well. He’s got collaboration wit SuperVision, Paul Basic, and Derek VanScoten. I tried to pick out a few of my favorites, but this is certainly worth the entire download. Enjoy!

Paper Diamond – Wavesight EP : Must Hear 3 Song Dubstep / Electronic Free Release
Posted in Bangin, Mixtapes / Albums by nick | Tags: Bass Music, Dubstep, Electronic, Ep, Groove, Mad Decent, Paper DiamondToday I have the long awaited new project from Boulder’s own Paper Diamond. TSIS has posted Paper Diamond’s stuff since day one starting with the Levitate EP, followed by the notorious Kanye West – Power remix. Throughout the past year’s he’s continued to drop some viral bootleg remixes to Same Old Song, Wildfire, All We Do Is, and more. Now we got his 3 track all original EP, this time released on Diplo’s Mad Decent label instead of his previous Pretty Lights Music affiliation. After listening you can tell why this harder hitting style fits better with the new label. The EP features a revamped track of one track that has previously surfaced Can We Go Up. “Turn the Lights Off” features vocals from Nasimiyu, is a standout track I’ve heard there’s a HUGE music video in the works for. Then Airlift has a fresh minimal Trap vibe to it. You’ll love PD’s unique fresh vibe, giving that electronic punch yet mainting that hip hop swagger. Turn it up, enjoy!
