One of the heaviest and biggest names in bass music, Canada's Excision, has linked up with Scandinavian duo Pegboard Nerds for a massive bass collaboration to set the year off. "Bring The Madness" brings out the melody driven high paced edge you can expect from the nerds meshed with the signature overly brutal sound you can expect from Excision. The vocals from Mayor Apeshit provide an interesting touch and help offset the intense rollercoaster ride of a production. Enjoy!

The headphone market has completely revolutionized over the past few years letting you hear some of the most crisp sounds imaginable and even being able to even mildly feel the bass in music. But nothing happens to compare to truly feeling the music and bass when seeing your favorite DJ or musician in a live setting. The sound you feel at a club or festival hits your body in ways you can never experience in the comfort of your own home… that is until now.
Say hello to the Sub Pac, a device that lets you literally feel the bass like never before. You can either wear the device like a backpack or you can get the seated version to add to your favorite chair. Then once you hook it up through your music source, you then begin to feel the low bass frequencies of your favorite songs physically exploding on your back. The experience is one you really have to try for yourself to understand.
We've teamed up with one of the kings of the global bass community, Excision, to give 4 lucky winners his very own limited edition SubPac system. The B.C. based producer / DJ has fallen in love with the devices and wants the world to experience them.
Excision recently released his annual edition of Shambahla Mix series, which has become one of the biggest mixes in bass music. It is full of unreleased music that Excision plays out live for everyone to enjoy.
All you have to do to enter to win 1 of the 4 SubPac systems is follow Excision on Soundcloud and re-post his most recent Shambahla below.

Datsik and Excision are two of the biggest bass kings in all of North America. These two have been putting down Canada on the map as a dubstep machine for years and have collaborated countless times. Now the two bass forces team up again for an eerie, grimey, filthy BANGER of a track, “Vindicate”. This song really captures Excision’s non stop agressive power layered with a huge dose of Datsik’s unique extra weird bass heavy vibes. This track will have you moving your head to the bassline, regardless if you planned to or not. This is on Datsik’s Cold Blooded EP coming out January 22nd. You can pick up this single that just released through Beatport and iTunes now. Turn this up, enjoy!

Swagga was one of the most massive tracks I’ve heard to date. This track does not dissapoint and comes right out of the gate guns blazing. After the first drop it chills out a little and Messinian adds some nice rapping over it that really make the track so great. This song accomplishes what a lot of Hip-hop/Dub-step songs fail, because there is no rapping over the drops and the mid and high frequencies have nothing to compete with. It’s a super heavy but clean song. Downlink continues to push the envelope in his latest track. Enjoy!

So there is a whole lot of dubstep getting produced these days, and a whole of pretty bad dubstep. So when you come across a song that bangs hard, but also doesn’t suck, it’s pretty nice. I’ve got a total BANGER from Excision & Datsik and they tear it up on this track. It’s pretty heavy, just warning, but I still think it’s very sick. The vocal sampling is perfect, and really adds the perfect amount. Well this track really might be a little too heavy for most of the site’s followers, but I know there’s going to be a ton of you who go nuts for this track. Turn the bass all the way UP, and enjoy this BANGER!
