Jeremih – Planes (Ft. J. Cole) : Must Hear Collaboration

Jeremih J Cole

Jeremih continues his comeback sprint following his collaboration with producer Shlomo on the No More EP, being featured on "Party Girls" with Ludacris, Wiz Khalifa and Cashmere Cat, and his other recent, and successful singles. Today we get Jeremih's nex single with a song featuring J. Cole, titled "Planes".

This song originally surfaced months back at a Chance The Rapper show; the track was supposed to see a feature from Chance himself but it looks like things have changed and J. Cole has taken on the role. I can imagine based off the clip we featured of the original Chance version that it must have been dope, but J. Cole did manage to step up here and kills it. This song blends hip-hop and R&B seamlessly for a song bringing out the best of both artists. Listen below and we will keep you updated on the official release. Enjoy!

Childish Gambino Releases Hilarious Music Video For “Sober”

Childish Gambino Sober

Childish Gambino is an artist who does not take his music videos lightly, delivering basically short films for almost every release like “Sweatpants” or “Telegraph Ave” among others. Today we get the latest from the rapper / singer / actor for one of his most recent songs “Sober” off the Kauai EP. He brings the song to life singing to a girl waiting for her take-out food. It borders the line of cheesy and comedy featuring some outrageous dance moves from Gambino. The setting also reminds us of the diner in the ‘Sweatpants’ music video, making us wonder if that was Donald’s intention for connecting his videos. Enjoy!

Joey Bada$$ has unveiled yet another single to follow the releases of "No. 99," "Big Dusty," "On & On," and "Curry Chicken" as today marks two weeks out from the release of his debut studio album, B4.DA.$$.  As a Zane Lowe BBC 1 featured track, "Teach Me" has been dubbed "the hottest record in the world right now," and leaves us incredibly excited to hear this young Brooklyn rapper's forthcoming album. Teaming up with fellow Pro Era producer Chuck Strangers and New York’s ASTR provides for a horn laced beat that brings a higher energy level than we’ve seen previously from Joey. “Teach Me” serves as a bonus track off the album and features pop singer Kiesza on the amazingly catchy hook. This tune displays Joey's versatility as he successfully steps out of his comfort zone to create a hip hop dance song with a poppy feel.
