Chicago-native Chance the Rapper has kept us on our toes consistently as we await his debut studio album that could come any day now. As Chance embarks across the US on his biggest run of shows to date, he shares a touching music video after the tours namesake – “Family Matters”.

Taking inspiration from fellow Chicago artist Kanye West’s classic hit “Family Business,” Chance lays down a cooing set of verses over a newly arranged composition. He mixes this with family and tour footage, creating a raw home movie visual to coincide with the release. Stream the video below and we hope you Enjoy

Chance The Rapper & Tinashe Team With Snakehips On “All My Friends”

All My Friends Snake Chance re

In the past, Snakehips have teamed up some great vocalists on a handful of tracks including stellar works with Tory LanezSinead Harnett, and Syd (of The Internet). Now the UK production duo have fittingly enlisted the talents of both Tinashe and Chance The Rapper on their latest track “All My Friends,” as they prep for the release of their forthcoming album via Sony Music. The production style works as the perfect foundation for a swaggy Hip-Hop / R&B sound as Tinashe and Chance fit perfectly over the soft percussion and sexy instrumental with their slick vocals. Although this new one sounds club-ready, the lyrics reflect those times when all your friends are too drunk at the club and you just want to go home. Enjoy!

Goldlink – Spectrum : Exciting Hip-Hop Single

Posted in Bangin by Jake | Tags: , ,

It’s no secret that Goldlink is one of our favorite new artists. This young rapper burst into the scene garnishing a spot on XXL’s hihgly sought-after freshman class list of 2015. His sound is unique and the frantic flow he brings to each of his releases is simply infectous as he blends dance music with hip hop as we’ve seen with previous releases “Sober Thoughts,” “Dance On Me,” “Movin On,” and more.

It seems as though he he’s a fan of Missy Elliot due to him heavily sampling her on his collaboration with Falcons “Vroom,” and he’s just released another one sampling Missy’s “She’s a Bitch.” This new track “Spectrum" shows off Goldlink’s signature rapid, choppy flow he’s become known for that is just so catchy it will have you wanting to hear on repeat. The groovy sample works perfectly with Goldlink’s swaggy sound that seems to be at the crossroads of hip hop and dance music. This is the first glance at his forthcoming debut album And After That, We Didn't Talk, due 11/13 via Soulection. Enjoy and stay tuned for more off the album!
