A couple of weeks back Rustie dropped off the latest single from his upcoming album, his second collaboration with Detroit rapper Danny Brown that I literally haven't been able to stop replaying since. The song "Attak" is brought to life through music video form thanks to director Peter Mardsen, delivered in quite a minimalistic fashion. We get a blank room with a clean cut Danny in the center laying down his fiery verses that while some lines may have been hard to decipher, has been brought to life as the lyrics are animated across the screen throughout. This is the latest single from Rustie's forthcoming sophomore album release, Green Language, set to release through Warp Records on August 26th. You can get this song and the previous single 'Raptor' as a free download when you pre-order the album today. Enjoy!

Chance the Rapper made a legendary return to his home city of Chicago after gaining a monstrous global following as he played a huge set at the trend setting Lollapalooza music festival. This Sunday's set was a very special one for the rapper as him and his Social Experiment band went through an impressive collection of all the favorites from his popular mixtapes and even managed to slip in a few unreleased new tracks. This was truly something special as the love for his home city resulted in some unreal chemistry. Enjoy!

The Lil Wayne vs Drake tour begins tonight (August 8th) in NYC at the Darien Lake Performing Arts Center and the artist have launched the tour with a brand new collab. “Grindin” is a laid back track with both artists giving their signature styles. Personally I am a far bigger fan of Drake’s verses throughout, really nailed it. We can hope to see this song in Lil Wayne’s much hyped Carter V.

Vic Mensa is hot on the release of two huge singles “Down On My Luck” and “Feel That” and shows no signs of stopping with the release of a brand new collaboration with in-demand producer / beatmaker Kaytranada. The production behind "Wimme Nah" is primarily focused on the drums, which Kaytranada manages to always destroy. The background sets the mood perfectly for Vic to deliver some of signature flowed verses. It sounds like this could be the start of more tracks together, we can only hope. Listen below in full and above all… enjoy!

Outkast's "Ms. Jackson" is easily a favorite of mine and many others from the group, and when I saw that The Golden Pony had attempted to remix it, after recently premiering his insane Flume x Chet Faker remix, I got pretty excited. My excitement was validated as he has done the classic track justice. We are left with a spacey, chilled out house rendition of the memorable song that will bring you to some summery vibes regardless if the sun is shining or not. The rap game's biggest food fan, Action Bronson has had quite an impressive past few years from some unbeatable mixtapes and even a successful EP and has yet has never had a major label studio release, until now. Today we get the first single from his debut studio album Mr. Wonderful with the song "Easy Rider". Action Bronson links up with Party Supplies, a past collaborator we've seen on the Blue Chips 2 mixtape among others to make this first record. Easy Rider has Bronson take us on an extra trippy, far out journey and he does a great job of painting crystal clear in your mind as you soak in his laid back demeanor. This gets us pretty excited about what's to come from the upcoming record set for a release later this year. Enjoy!

Joey Bada$$ let's loose the first cut from his debut studio album B4DA$$, following up the highly acclaimed Summer Knights. This first single "Big Dusty" produced by his go to prodcuer Kirk Knight has some nice chilled out drums and a feint yet effective piano line setting the tone of the track. We hear a far more matured Joey drop some of the most raw lines I've ever heard from the young artist who has grown up fast traveling the world over the past year. His lyricism and flow manages to hook you on every single word like most rappers are unable to do in their entire careers. You can listen below until it’s available through iTunes tomorrow, August 5th. Enjoy.

Fences – Arrows (feat. Macklemore & Ryan Lewis)
Seattle based rapper Fences first popped up on our radar through being featured in Macklemore & Ryan Lewis' “Otherside” remix which was released with an unbelievable music video. Well the artists have been brought together again for the lead single from Fences upcoming EP which is set to release October 14th. The song "Arrows" packs an energetic full band instrumental full of drums, bass, guitar, bells we can assume is largely produced by Ryan Lewis, setting the mood of the track perfectly. Macklemore comes in delivering the first new verse we’ve heard from him in quite a long time, and damn does he deliver. You can listen to this song in full below and pick up your copy through iTunes. Enjoy!
G-Eazy is right on the tail of the release of his breakout debut album that couldn’t be doing any better and somehow manages to drop us off a completely new song. “Say” brings out French Montanta for a feature with both rappers going back and forth displaying some unexpected chemistry. The smooth production full of perfectly laid drums and light horns acts as the perfect background for both G and French to kill it. Listen to the song below and grab a free download. Enjoy!

Jon Bellion, one of the most exciting new names in music in the past couple of years is a beast not only capable of both songwriting and producing, but he can also sing, and incredibly well. We had the pleasure of premiering his debut free album Separation along with visuals last year and have been hooked ever since. Well today we are happy to premiere the first single from his debut studio album, still untitled. For the latest video from 2 Chainz for the song “Freebase” off the recent EP of the same name, the rapper has partially recreated one of the greatest music videos of all time, one that will always have a place in my heart. Michael Jackson’s “Thriller” is a classic, it’s a short film of a music video everyone must see (original below for those who haven’t). From the starting car and movie theater scenes to the zombies and even the red leather jacket, 2 Chainz has successfully taken the shoes of Michael.
