Major Lazer has announced the unforuntate news of pushing back the release of their latest artist album Free the Universe, but to keep us all happy they dropped off a 4 song EP for free. It features 3 remixes of their songs from Jack Beats, Yellow Claw and DGRC. It also includes the extended version of the long awaited Major Lazer remix of the Hot Chip song “Look At Where We Are”  that fuses reggae and trap elements for an incredible combination . Major Lazer is such a unique blend of reggae infused party music produced by Diplo. Today I’ve got a HUGE summer banger, and Major Lazer flips the indie pop group Hot Chip‘s single “Look At Where We Are” and loads it full of reggae, electronic fused jungle magic making for a track I haven’t been able to stop replaying. I’m convinced Diplo isn’t capable of making anything short of gold. Turn this up, and will keep you posted when the download get’s released.
