Say hello to two unbelievable new faces in the electronic world, ODESZA a duo based out of Seattle and here is their latest instantly replay-able single “My Friends Never Die”. The song has some house / garage meet chilled out trap / downtempo with some hip-hop influence thrown in the mix for a sound that I am falling in love. The song revolves around insanely catchy sample and some drums and powerful groove filled synths take it away. This is off the groups’ newest EP set for a September 17th release. Don’t miss this free download and start falling in love with the sounds of ODESZA. Enjoy.

Salva just put out his latest release, a 5 song Odd Furniture EP through Friends of Friends. It consists of a versatile group of 808 fueled tracks with Trap, Baltimore Club, Juke, Miami Bass and Hip-Hop influences. His knowledge and skill as a producer shines through immesnely as he makes fresh trap inspired tracks that contain some actual substance. “Hard Drive” is one of my favorite tracks dabbling a little with Juke, yet spun his own way. The EP features the previously featured bass thumping “Drop That B”. The EP ends with “BBQ”, an extra eerie late night banger. Find some proper speakers and give this a listen, and support Salva by purchasing this through his Bandcamp. Enjoy!

Datsik is an insanely talented producer who’s making his name shine in the sea of bass music. He just let loose of a few new streams, the first of which being a brand new hip-hop instrumental called “Juicebox” that packs quite the punch. The way he makes the bass slam is so unique and just sounds sick. Also included are a few recent remixes including Colin Munroe ft. K Flay – “Your Eyes (Datsik Remix)”, Linkin Park’s “Until Breaks (Datsik Remix)” and I also tossed in his massive Moombahton BANGER remix of “The Power” by Dj Fresh ft. Dizzee Rascal. All of these hit so hard, turn them up, enjoy!

Avicii is finally back it, realeasing new tracks. Here is the club instrumental mix of “Last Dance” his most recent club BANGER. This track captures the smooth softer trance side of Avicii, yet still has the huge epic progressive house drops. Turn up the bass for this one, and get ready for some more new Avicii. This track just got released on Beatport. Enjoy!
Also if you are in the California or New York area, don’t miss out as Avicii is playing a few historic shows. For New york he is playing two nights at the legendary Radio City Music Hall.. the first ever for an electronic artist. Then for California he’ll be playing three nights at Santa Monica Civic Auditorium. Purchase tickets here before they all sell out!!
Time for a completely different overall sound from Skrillex with his one of his latest tracks “Trung”. This is the instrumental version to his collaboration with rapper Wale. It’s got such a funky fresh bass heavy beat that shows Skrillex in a different light. It’s hard deciding if the instrumental or version with Wale rapping is better. Which do you like more? Turn up the bass, enjoy!

The Knocks are a group that I’ve been continuing to see more and more remixes of. Their poppy indie sound is perfect forgetting reworked into dubstep and house BANGERS. Well now we get a Avicii styled house anthem of their track ‘The Prize’. This remix is done by newcomer Jakob Liedholm.Liedholm is a very young 15 year old swedish house producer that is extremely talented. Being that young, and having a sound as good as this, should lead to a very bright future (Watch out Avicii). The piano, vocals, melodies, and bass all work together so well to create a great house anthem. They through me the instrumental as well, so DJ’s and producers have fun with it. Enjoy!

RJD2 as pictured above uses 4 tables when he spins live, a sight everyone should see at least once. Today I’ve got one of RJ’s newest tracks ‘Might As Well Step Forward’, a real chill beat with a hip hop vibe. I love RJD2′s real chill organic mixed up sound including countless samples from who knows where. I would be surprised if someone didn’t take this track and either rap over it or make a mashup. Check it out this really chill track, kick back and enjoy!
