Fences – Arrows (feat. Macklemore & Ryan Lewis)
Seattle based rapper Fences first popped up on our radar through being featured in Macklemore & Ryan Lewis' “Otherside” remix which was released with an unbelievable music video. Well the artists have been brought together again for the lead single from Fences upcoming EP which is set to release October 14th. The song "Arrows" packs an energetic full band instrumental full of drums, bass, guitar, bells we can assume is largely produced by Ryan Lewis, setting the mood of the track perfectly. Macklemore comes in delivering the first new verse we’ve heard from him in quite a long time, and damn does he deliver. You can listen to this song in full below and pick up your copy through iTunes. Enjoy!
Ryan Lewis is known for being the counterpart alongside Macklemore, but does everyone know that he is his a full time producer along with being his live DJ? Jimmy Fallon has Ryan Lewis go on the streets and ask Macklemore fans if they know who or what Ryan Lewis did, and then even further showed them a picture of the duo. Surprisingly enough, every single person in the video was unaware of Ryan's role, or what he looked like even next to the photo. This shows how awesome of a person Ryan is to do something like this. You could all pick out Ryan Lewis if you saw him on the streets.. right? Enjoy!

I don’t say that lightly, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis have gone and created hands down one of the best albums I have ever heard with their freshly released The Heist. It’s an amazing listen all the way through. Macklemore takes storytelling to places I never thought possible transporting you to where he wants to take you on every single track, all with a soundtrack that can’t be beat, produced by Ryan Lewis. If there is an album to buy this year, this is it. It’s so good it make me want to by the deluxe edition hard copy available here, or at least purchase through iTunes here. Enjoy!
