OnCue – Leftovers: Chill New Hip-Hop Mixtape

OnCue dropped Cuey Sings the Blues a few months and it got a good response on the site. Today he dropped all the tracks that didn’t make it in a new mixtape Leftovers. While there are definitely some great tracks, it doesn’t surprise me that some of them didn’t make it to the CSTB. Don’t get me wrong I really liked some of the tracks, and have posted them below, but I mean it’s called leftovers for a reason. It’s got the same feel as CSTB, chill with sick beats with great samples. The mixtape is definitely worth a listen, especially if you’re a Cuey fan. I would have almost released a ep with the best of the songs that didn’t make the cut, instead of a mixtape, but it’s still sick, check it out and enjoy!

OnCue – Cuey Sings the Blues: Real Sick Chill Rap Album

OnCue remind me so much of Slug from Atmosphere, in the best possible way. He’s got his real original feel, but that chilled out serious style that reminds me of Slug. You guys loved Crashing Down, Let Loose,  and Friends, so I am sure this album/mixtape it going to be a hit. I only post mixtapes I feel are truly worth the download and all the songs are sick, and this fits just that. I’ve posted my highlighted favorite tracks, but I would recomend downloading the whole thing and listening to it, enjoy!

Sick Chill New Rap: OnCue – Let Loose

OnCue really reminds me of Atmosphere, but maybe a little less serious. I still find myself listening his hit ‘Crashing Down’ on a regular basis. His newest mixtape  Cuey Sings the Blues comes out September 7th, which is going to be siiiick. This song is chill, has a great beat, and the vocals work really well with it. I’m excited to see what else this rapper has in store for us. Enjoy!

Sick Chill New Rap Song: OnCue – Friends

I’m starting to really like OnCue…. Crashing Down was a real sick track, and I was excited to listen to this new track sent in by OnCue. It’s got some rock flavor to it, yet still maintains the chilled out summer feel we all love in Rap songs this time of year. He really has got a definite Slug from Atmosphere feel, but with more of a chill happy feel. And his Rockies hat may have scored a few points in my book. Sick Rap Song: OnCue – Crashing Down (For Fans Of Atmosphere)

OnCue is a very sick and promising rapper from Connecticut. Alot of you guys fell in love with the remix of his track “Inhale, Exhale” done by VIKING posted here. Well I’ve got a new original track from him called Crashing Down, and it really reminds me of Slug from Atmosphere, like a lot of songs do. But in a good way. It’s got some sick lyrics, and a great beat sampling Dave Mathews Band as pointed out by a reader. Give this chill song a listen and enjoy!

2 BANGER Electro Remixes by VIKING (Kid Cudi & OnCue)

A good banger remix is always good. Well today i’ve got 2 for you. They are from the DJ  VIKING, and he has a sick defined heavy sound. The first one is a sick electro version of Kid Cudi’s track “Dat New New”. It’s a pretty heavy song throughout the whole thing and really makes it a whole new song. Enjoy!

This next track I found in the dropbox, and what a great find. It’s a remix of one of OnCue’s tracks, now I’ve only heard a handful of OnCue tracks so I didn’t know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised. I like it more then most of VIKING’s remixes. You have to wait till at least a minute and half before you can judge this song. I’m sure you’re going to be pleasantly surprised. Bump the bass and enjoy!

Too Sick Quality Free Album: Chris Webby – The White Noise LP

The feedback I’ve been getting on the past mixtapes/albums posted in the past week have been great, so i’m going to continue bringing you a new free album/mixtape regularly, but don’t forget to appreciate and listen to all your music! Today’s album is from the very talented Chris Webby who’s repping Long Island. He dropped this album almost exactly a year ago, but since the majority of you guys have never heard of him, here it is, in it’s glory, The White Noise LP. Webby has got a real unique sound and style and I love it. He sounds like Slug from Atmosphere but with more youth and party influence. Their are some beats on here that are sicker then most beats on paid albums, and the rapping is real sick. Chris has a very distinguishable sound that will get him far.This album was so good picking the highlights ended up with 10 tracks, and there are 14 songs on the album so you should probably just download the whole thing. Enjoy this incredibly sick album!
