Pegboard Nerds and their incredible single "Just Like That" dominated airwaves across the globe for it's earworm melodies and undeniable future bass aesthetic. They continued to shine with the release of "Emoji" as well as its respective music video involving hilarious visuals of (you guessed it) emojis.
Now none other than UK edm staple Rusko flips "Just Like That" into a classic chilled out drum & bass tune. Throwing in jittering high hats and even police sirens, Rusko has once again surprised us by turning an unexpected track such as "Just Like That" into a drum & bass heater. Enjoy the premiere below.

Not long ago Scandinavian producer duo and TSIS regulars Pegboard Nerds launched their exciting and charitable “Pink Clouds” campaign, an eclectic 5 song EP with proceeds going towards Breast Cancer research that would go on to raise over $35k. The EP included a wide range of styles including PB Nerd’s take on the future bass sound with tunes like “Pink Cloud,” “Just Like That,” and “Emoji” showing the duo’s ability to explore new genres with ease.
Today we are happy to premiere the official video for “Emoji,” as the guys have teamed with director Patrick Jean, whose playful short film "Pixels" created in 2010 spawned a Hollywood blockbuster earlier this year (that while got mixed reviews, the CGI looked incredible). The music video hilariously chronicles the day-to-day life of Emoji characters while everyday objects resembling faces sing the infectious topline vocals. Watch the video for your self below and be sure to pick up the whole pink clouds EP if you haven’t already. Enjoy

Earlier this year we premiered a collaboration between two bass music most buzzing acts Jauz & Pegboard Nerds coming from two sides of the electronic spectrum on “Get On Up”. Today we have the first official remix of the song from LA's exciting Getter who's been really making some noise with recent big releases like his remix of Snails & heRobust’s single “Pump This" or his collaboration with Ookay on “World”.
Getter takes things in an exciting melody driven trap infused bass powered direction on this remix showing another side of him as a producer. The songs kicks off with an overly happy intro which turns the pace up abruptly and moves to an epic high energy growl filled trap drop, switching things up to future house on the second drop. Listen to the premiere below and pick up your copy via Monstercat, enjoy!

Pegboard Nerds continue the stream of new music as the release of their exciting Pink Cloud EP approaches. As has been the case with the other singles from the EP it’s a release which they are donating ALL proceeds towards Breast Cancer research (Specifically the F*ck Cancer Organization), you can donate here.
Again this sounds like some of the duos most exciting material we've heard yet. We first heard the bright and bubbly dance record "Pink Cloud" followed up by another future bass inspired tune “Just Like That” which was one of our favorite Nerds tracks to date. Now the theme of the EP continues as we receive “Emoji.” It's another melody driven Future Bass anthem featuring catchy animated vocals, sprinkled with dubstep inspired growls. The song is sure to have you moving from the get go with it’s fun light hearted energy. Enjoy!
