W.E.E.D. is the new dubstep / hip hop project featuring Shwayze, a Secret Guest, and Mark Rosas. It’s from the mixtape We Evolve Every Day coming out this Friday January 13th on Thissongissick. Azad Right – Spiderwebs (Music Video) + Better Days: Chill Hip Hop Songs with Video

Today I’ve got two sick chilled out hip hop tracks from LA based Azad Right. He’s got a very unique sounding mellow flow. It’s not the stoned Wiz Khalifa kind of chill, but his own clever style. The music video above is for his song Spiderwebs, which has a very catchy female vocal sample and piano line. It’s got a eerie tone, then Azad comes in with his flow setting the song off. I don’t typically like songs talking about love, but this one works surprisingly well. Then the second Better Days is a newer single that’s got another sick beat, with a very cool sample. Sol – 2020 (Music Video) : Must Hear Chill Refreshing Hip Hop

Today I’ve got another refreshing glass of North Western hip hop from the artist Sol. We just featured his Stage Dive track and it was one of the coolest, chillest sounding hip hop tracks I had heard in awhile, and this follows the same pattern that fellow seatlle based Macklemore and Ryan Lewis do so well. It’s got  a great live instrument hip hop beat, then Sol spitting some real words, with some real meaning. He’s one of the few rappers out there actually speaking on some stuff that makes you think a little. Check it out, stay tuned for the album getting released January 20th. Enjoy!

Today I’ve got a the latest track from Chicago’s Rockie Fresh. The more I hear from this guy, the more I really dig his style. It’s got a mellow Wiz Khalifa type vibe, but doing his own thing. The song was used in the video for the event above, but here’s the full track. The project has a very cool dubstep fueled hip hop party vibe that sounds pretty sick. It starts off a little on the chiller side, then it when it drops and both rappers spit their verses. The crunchy bass filled dubstep drops continue throughout the track, giving a sick unique feel. Sol – Stage Dive : Refreshing Chill Upbeat Hip Hop

I’m very excited to give you a new hip hop track, that’s without a doubt one of my favorite chill tracks I’ve posted on the site in awhile. It’s got a very well done refreshing vibe to it, that makes you want to hit repeat a couple times. It’s from Sol, the laid back rapper who brought you Dear Friends, Vol III. Well this track has got a great beat, then Sol coming in with a very on point flow and rhythm. Hearing real music like this is refreshing in the midst of so many rappers not offering much other then trying to be famous. This is off his upcoming EP which I can’t wait for. Enjoy!

Mike Stud – Sammy’s Shadow (Music Video) : New Chill Hip Hop Music Song + Video

Here’s the latest music video to Mike Stud’s single ‘Sammy’s Shadow’ off his A Toast To Tommy album releases a few months ago. This is one of the more laid back track with a beat filled with piano lines.
