Toronto stand-out Tory Lanez gained mainstream attention for his incredible single "Say It" and has gained massive momentum ever since. The song even made its way to none other than British artist Ed Sheeran. Sheeran then gave us his acoustic rendition of the song in September of last year, now LA artist Schlohmo takes his turn remixing the song.
Incorporating more of an electronic vibe, Schlohmo has stripped away the songs original production in favor of his own trap drums and electronic undertones which carry the song to a more holistic atmosphere. Though he makes sure to pay full homage to Tory, as he has decided to keep Tory's lyrics exactly the same. Stream Shlohmo's official remix of Tory Lanez' "Say It" below!

Soulful crooner and Melbourne-native Chet Faker has hit us with a pleuthora of releases featuring his unqiue vocal range this past year. From the huge "1998" collaboration with American songstress BANKS, to the release of the Work EP with long-time friend Marcus Marr, Chet continues to impress heading with new right original creations.
With 2015 almost all but wrapped up, Chet delivers one last piece of gold via a rework of brooding WEDIDIT producer Shlohmo. Taking the hauntingly synth and chime laden single "Remains", Chet embeds his vocal talents deep into the foundation of the orignal to create a perfectly fitting addition that holds the composition to new rounds of play.

When Shlohmo and Tory Lanez team up it can only lead to quality results, and that is exactly what we have with this new collaboration released as a music video. This trendsetting LA based producer brings a cinematic instrumental with an eerie vibe and chill trap elements that serves as the perfect canvas for Tory to offer his sensual, falsetto crooning on “Acting Like.” These two display great chemistry together as their individual styles compliment each other perfectly. Watch the video below and stay tuned for an official release of these artists' debut collaboration.
LA elite beatmaker Shlohmo first collaborated with R&B star Jeremih last year for a suprising collaboration "Bo Beep", then followed up with the single "No More". Well today we have a brand new full release from the lethal duo, featuring a total of 5 songs featuring 2 brand new ones as well as a new extended cut of the "Fuck U All The Time" remix that started it all. What we hear in the "No More" EP is some true chemistry. The artists have had time to truly get to know each other past the initial meetings that spurred the first two tracks. It's hard to put into words how perfect the styles of both artists compliment each other. From the spacey, far out yet soulful hip-hop inspired productions of Shlohmo paint the perfect canvas for Jeremih's sensually charged R&B vocals to seriously murder. The last track on the EP has none other than growing star Chance the Rapper to lay down a verse after a half time break, adding his signature light hearted twist.
The entire EP has been leaked before it's release as a free download thanks to the artists themselves so grab a copy while still available here.
