LA producer Dillon Francis returns back on our radar in typical outrageous fashion. Today he's taken the track "Not Butter" from his debut studio album "Money Sucks Friends Rule" and given it a proper music video treatment no one saw coming. The video is delivered in a fake marketing breakdown pitch version highlighting the list of marketing goals the video should achieve. These continue to escalate as the video progresses, ultimately ending with a scene literally full of naked people and a surprise ending to gross to type out. Watch below, brace yourself, enjoy!

Last night completed the second exciting day of music of Governor's Ball Music Fesival which takes place annually in New York City. The 4 year old festival has quickly become one of the leading events in the country, blending a perfect balance of some of the coolest acts on the rise along with mainstream icons.
Australian's latest tastemaker to explode globally is Flume, who had one of the most anticipated sets of the weekend. With this being the very first date of his impressive American summer music festival tour, and an incredibly overdue followup album that is expected to be done or near completion, the hype couldn't be bigger for him to preview some unreleased music.
Well, he started his set with a roaring, packed crowd as the sun was on its way down. He played a variety of the hit songs from his first album alongside popular remixes. Then he let the crowd know that he had something new for us; he previewed a song that could only be described as his take on house music. We have a near 3 minute video of the new song that has some incredible signature melodies and infectious dance grooves. It sounded like it had some inspiration from his future classic label mate Hayden James.
He also played an epic remix of Notorious B.I.G. that I can only assume he made as a summer festival weapon.
The last track of the evening was another new one, yet this sounded far, far different then anything we have ever heard from Flume. This sounded like his version of a festival trap anthem. (And I never thought I'd say trap anthem and Flume in the same sentence.) From the outrageous tribal sounding 808s and unreal drums and screeching synths, this is totally a new side of Flume. We have an almost 2 minute video of this track as well.
Watch the videos below, and do not miss Flume as he is playing a large amount of festivals and headline shows all summer. We will keep you posted on any news regarding all of the originals he played.
The anticipation for Hudson Mowhawke’s sophomore album Lantern builds a little bit further with the release of his newest single "Scud Books" which is an instrumental track that is accompanied by a video. The music video is very unique like HudMo panning between slow motion explosions of Orchids blossoming and him turning up at live shows for an interesting combination to say the least. “Scud Books” feels like the first all out party starter of the album in the vein of his past supergroup TNGHT.

Kanye West created quite the buzz with the debut of his impressive single “All Day” with his recent shocking performance at the Brit Awards. Well now instead of having to watch fan made phone videos, we get to enjoy the official full quality broadcasted video of the performance for the first time, and it only continues to solidify how great of a live performer he is. Surrounded by a large posse of men dressed in all black, Kanye raps while flame throwers are shot into the air in an epic demonstration of his song that will be appearing on his still very mysterious upcoming studio album.
The crew Kanye invited onstage included some of the forerunners in UK’s “grime” rap scene such as Skepta, who Kanye thanked with a shoutout.
Watch the performance below:
Chicago hosts the Louder Than A Bomb youth poetry festival and during it's 15th anniversary Chi town's very own Chance the Rapper drops us off a light hearted treat. He changes things up and beatboxes and instead leaves rapping duties to Alec Baldwin. He manages to read off lines from Carl Sandburg’s poem “Chicago.” Watch the unexpected clip above. Enjoy!
A few months ago we covered a short preview teased by Dillon Francis of his collaboration with TSIS favorite Norwegian producer Kygo. Two of the biggest names in electronic music right now have worked with singer James Hersey on something special. The latest and most extensive preview we get of the song is a fan-recorded video at Kygo's biggest headline show to date in his home country of Norway in Oslo at the epic Spektrum venue.
The video gives us a quality taste of the collaboration, and we hear the sunny tropical sounds that Kygo is known for, but we also hear Dillon's hand in the drawn out synths and heavier bass influence we have never seen Kygo experiment with. Since the track is dipped into a live mix we've got to settle for just two minutes of the edit. Check out the video below and we'll keep you posted as news of an official release on Kygo's highly anticipated debut album set for 2015 comes out.
Also don't miss Kygo's debut original single "Firestone" which has been on regular rotation since it released at the beginning of the month.

After Pharrell collaborated with the French duo Daft Punk on two songs (Get Lucky & Loose Yourself To Dance) from their grammy winning album, he brought the guys out to collaborate on a song for his own album that saw incredible success. The song "Gust Of Wind" exploded when it hit the internet earlier this year, and now Pharrell has brought the amazing track to life.
He has enlisted director Edgar Wright responsible for movies like "Shaun Of The Dead" and "Scott Pilgrim Versus The World" to direct the film.
