Incredibly talented vocalist Ashe is already one of our favorite singers and she’s just now sharing her debut original track “Used to It” that we can’t get enough of. The quickly rising singer has been working with Louis The Child, Whethan, Louis Futon, and Big Gigantic who she appeared with at Coachella and sang what sounded like an unreleased song.
Following a new deal with Mom + Pop, Ashe has shared her incredible first solo single that’s going to be on high rotation for us this summer.
Ashe said this new single “came from a well known place in my life. it's that feeling, you know, when things get stale between two people – when it stops making sense and all you want is to go back to when you first met. I was with my first love for 5 years… we were kids who grew out of each other – we stopped being kids, stopped being reckless, and even though we stopped falling in love, we were way too scared to let go. I still think about what it could be like if we would meet again as strangers – if "we could make it feel right again like before we were used to it."
“Used to It” is an insanely catchy song that not only shows off Ashe’s amazing songwriting but showcases her unique voice we can’t get enough of. This new track brings impressive production from Frequency that brings a bright, bouncing instrumental laying the foundation for Ashe’s bubbly vocals to shine. Stay tuned for more from Ashe and enjoy!
