Rising Hip-Hop Group BROCKHAMPTON Share 17-Track Project "Saturation"

Brock Hampton

If you haven't heard of Kevin Abstract's diverse group BROCKHAMPTON yet, the debut album they just released is the perfect time to become a fan. The gang of artists, producers, and designers have created an incredibly solid album that shows off their wide array of skills.

The members all met on the music forum KanyeToThe, but it's hard to believe they are not lifelong friends from the chemistry they have. They all work together to create a sound that can't be contained in one genre; over the course of the album we hear hard-hitting rap songs ("Heat"), auto-tuned ballads ("Swim"), and feel-good R&B jams ("Milk").
The Texas group present important themes behind their clever lyricism, urging you to listen to every word over the impressive production. The album sounds like a playlist of different but complimentary songs, and is the perfect album to put on for a summer party. Enjoy!
