DJ Snake And Jauz Unleash Wild New Collaboration “Gassed Up”

dj snake jauz

DJ Snake and Jauz’s absolutely insane collaboration “Gassed Up” is here! Both of these powerhouse artists have impressed throughout 2018, perhaps most notably with their dedication to creative independence. Just a few weeks ago DJ Snake announced his own record label Premiere Classe, with the goal to feature versatile releases across genres. Jauz is doing the same with bass music – last month we premiered his dynamic 11-track “First Bites” compilation via Bite This!, his imprint that he launched in November.

This creative independence shines through with “Gassed Up,” albeit in a completely unexpected way. The release starts off strong with a breakneck beat that dominates the track. Meticulously chopped up vocal samples, a steady kick and shuffling progressions follow, spilling over into a wild bass house-influenced drop that kicks the BPM into overdrive. As to be expected from these two, the production is incredibly clean with each element of the track coming through crystal clear. If one’s things for certain, “Gassed Up” is a ridiculously aggressive start to your Friday – in the best way possible. Check it out below and enjoy!
