Discovery Channel’s annual Shark Week series returned to the TV screen this past Sunday (June 26) and is scheduled to deliver an abundance of shake-based content over the week. While it has evolved into being one of cable television’s most successful programming events to date, dance music fans may be more interested in a different kind of Shark Week.
That’s right, Los Angeles DJ/producer Jauz is hosting his own Shark Week. "With it being Shark Week, I figured I would give out some Sharktreats,” he says. "Ive got a few more surprises this week but for now enjoy this one.” Jauz kicks it off with a remix of DJ Snake’s "Propaganda," fusing future house and dubstep into one grimy bass house concoction. Beware of the second drop…listen below:
Jauz will also be hosting a Reddit AMA this Thursday (June 30) as part of Shark Week. Until then, be sure to check out his previous releases that have landed on TSIS, including his collaborations with Ghastly and Netsky.
