Back in August, Getter announced a brand new 19-date tour with little warning to fans. With accompanying artwork of a relatively different style than that of his normal Shred Collective imagery, we’ve been wondering for some time if new music might be on the way. Today, the wait is over as Getter has just delivered a brand new track sharing the same name as his ongoing tour - “Big Mouth”.
This latest offering is sounding like a new point in the evolution of Getter’s sound. Starting off slow with a gentle pad and distant synths - reminiscent of his most recently released single, “Solo” - it doesn’t take long before things take a heavy turn. Filled with hard-hitting percussion, pulsing bass and sound design reminiscent of “Wat The Frick”, we’re excited to see what new content may be on the horizon of Getter’s ever changing musical direction. Check out “Big Mouth” below and enjoy!
