REZZ Delivers Sinister New 8-Track Sophomore Album ‘Certain Kind of Magic’

||

Over the past few years we’ve continued to be blown away by the Neptune-hailing alien that is REZZ. Having gotten her start back in 2015, the Canadian producer has quickly become an absolute force to be reckoned with in the bass-music scene. Today, almost exactly one year after releasing her debut album Mass Manipulation, REZZ has shared her brand new LP Certain Kind of Magic.

Considering this new addition to REZZ’s constant output of heavy, sinister music, it’s no wonder she’s amassed a cult following over the past few years. Although previously released tracks “Witching Hour”, “H E X”, “Flying Octopus” and even her long awaited collab with Deathpact “Life & Death” are all included on this latest offering – REZZ has effectively created a sonic journey into another dimension with this latest eight-track offering. Characterized by shrill, slow rolling synths, eerie soundscapes and wonky downtempo drums, Certain Kind of Magic is a continuous barrage of gritty, distorted bass and dark brain-twisting sound design. Stream Certain Kind of Magic below and make sure to catch REZZ on tour (dates here) enjoy!
