Earlier this spring, SG Lewis dropped his impressive Dusk project, the first installment of his three part concept album, Dusk, Dark, Dawn. It’s now time for SG to start unveiling the second part of this musical journey, Dark. Considering how much we enjoyed Dusk, we’ve been itching to hear what else he has in store for us.

SG began the rollout of Dark with the very infectious and danceable “Hurting,” featuring AlunaGeorge. For the second single, SG Lewis teams up with the extremely talented Drew Love from one of our favorite hip-hop duos, THEY. The new track is called “A.A.T,” and it’s an R&B number infused with shadowy trap elements. SG and Drew are both experts at blending genres, and the two come together effortlessly here.

Both of the singles so far for Dark have been right on the money, and we have a good feeling that it’s going to match up with the extraordinary Dusk chapter. SG Lewis set the bar high, and it looks like he’s going to keep pushing it higher.

According to SG, Dark will be released in its entirety “very soon,” so stay tuned. Stream the new single with Drew Love, “A.A.T,” below and enjoy!
