Chicago rapper Towkio is back with some new fire. After being quiet lately, he’s made the exciting announcement his debut album WWW is coming Feb. 16 via American Recordings / Republic as the first rapper in over 20 years to signed by legendary producer Rick Rubin. On top of that, the whole album was executively produced by Lido, so we know it’s going to be high quality.
Towkio impressed us in the pas with his .Wav Theory and Community Service 2 mixtapes and now he’s set to take the next step with his highly anticipated debut album. There’s something about songs that have production build throughout that just sound so good.
