Kaytranada Joins Amine, Rejjie Snow & Dana Williams On Extra Smooth New Single "Egyptian Luvr"

Kaytranada Rejjie Snow

Kaytranada stays busy. The TSIS favorite producer just recently linked up with R&B singer Cassie on her new single “Don’t Play It Safe” and is back at it lending his production to rising Irish rapper Rejjie Snow. Snow’s new track “Egyptian Luvr” enlists help from “Caroline” rapper Amine and the angelic vocals of Dana Williams to hold down the hook. Right off the start, Kaytra’s instrumental is recognizable with the lush bassline and skittering, syncopated percussion laying down a smooth foundation for each artist to sound great atop. Enjoy!

For his performance, Amine plays out “Spice Girls / Caroline,” “Slide” and “Wedding Crashers.” It’s always refreshing to see rappers perform their songs with a full band and here they sound amazing. Amine Turf

Amine has done it once again on his latest as he shows off his versatility as an artist. Just after being named as one of the new XXL Freshman class members, the Portland rapper has quickly followed the exciting news up with a new track “Turf”.

Amine had a quick rise to fame with his single “Caroline” going viral and being one of the biggest hip-hop songs of the past year and he’s continued his streak of impresses singles with this new one. “Turf” brings a sound we haven’t really heard from Amine in the past as the song kicks off with a spoken word verse and falsetto vocals before the percussion kicks in and he goes in on his verse showing off his rapping abilities switching his flow throughout atop the incredibly smooth instrumental.
