Big Wild Shares Uplifting Genre Blending PLMovement Radio Mix

Big Wild Pretty Lights Mix

It’s just a week before starting his largest headlining tour to date, and Big Wild is making moves. Last weekend he shared with his fans a diverse, four-track “Tour Edits” pack, and just a few days ago his featured mix on Pretty Lights’ weekly radio show The HOT Sh*t is released via SoundCloud.

If Big Wild is out to prove anything, it’s that he is as consistent as they come. Not only can he produce some of the most original, warm, feel-good tracks out there, but his song selection and mixing are always on point. All you really need to do is to take a look at the tracklist of this mix to see what we’re talking about. Being able to effortlessly weave together artists like Empire of the Sun, Justice, Diane Ross, Mura Masa, Troyboi, LL Cool J, G Jones, and many of his own tracks, is mixing at its finest.

With his tour starting soon that includes a co-headlining Red Rocks stop with Louis the Child, it’s clear that Big Wild is on his way up, and there’s not many standing in his way. If you’re looking for something to uplift your day, give this new mix a rinse. Enjoy!

Big Wild Tour Edits

If you’ve ever been to a Big Wild show before, you know how rowdy the crowd gets whenever he mixes in classic throwbacks like with his “Stand Up” remix, and his “Venice Ventures” edit. His ability to create perfect mixes is something to behold and is reason enough to check out one of his sets.

Today, Big Wild treats his fans to a special collection of tunes and edits that he plays out during his shows, and each one is better than the next. Included in this little edit pack is a euphoric, soulful original, “Going”, which is an exceptional single on its own. Following that is a remix to Kanye West’s hit “Father Stretch My Hands”, which Big Wild flips into a dark and weird deep house banger that will tear up any dancefloor. That one is a serious weapon.

Big Wild has also included a mashup of his own tune, “When I Get There” and Rationale’s “Fast Lane” and the combination couldn’t have been more perfectly aligned. To top it off, he throws in his crazy, out-of-the-box drum n’ bass edit of the all-time classic surfer jam, “Misrlou”.

Oh yeah, and they’re all free to download too. What better way to kick off the biggest tour of his career (that includes a stop at Red Rocks)? Big Wild was nice enough to release all these edits so we highly recommend catching him on his Winter Tour 2018 which gets started on January 30th. Enjoy!
