BROCKHAMPTON Drop Incredible New Album 'Iridescence'

BROCKHAMPTON are undoubtedly the most exciting rap group in recent history. The self-proclaimed boy band put out not one, not two... but three of our favorite albums last year with their Saturation series and are back in the best way possible with Iridescence

Earlier this year the collective signed a massive record deal with RCA and their founding member Amber Vann faced highly publicized allegations that led to the group parting ways with him. This led to a delay in their follow-up to Saturation as they likely had to scrap a lot of their material. One thing BROCKHAMPTON is exceptional at is crafting cohesive albums in a short period of time and we’re absolutely loving Iridescence. The versatility of each member is put on full display and boasts some of their best production yet. Enjoy!

BROCKHAMPTON Drop Wild New Hip-Hop Track "1997 DIANA" + Music Video

Hip-hop collective BROCKHAMPTON put out music at a higher rate than just about anyone we’ve ever seen. They’ve been rolling out singles from their new project, and are back with a new one titled “1997 DIANA.” Like most of their singles, the songs comes with a DIY video.

The group has proved to be versatile with each and every project and this one is no different. The past singles “1997 WILDFIRE” and “1998 TRUMAN” were very different as one was a more downtempo vibe and the other was much more energetic. “1997 DIANA” falls in the latter category with one of the more wild beats we’ve heard from the collective, while each member on the track shows up bringing the heat. We can’t wait to hear what else the have coming up, and it seems like we won’t have to wait long as they teased there’s more coming tonight on their Things We Lost in the Fire Radio on Beats 1. Enjoy!

BROCKHAMPTON Deliver Wild New Track "1998 TRUMAN + Music Video

brockhampton

Hip-hop collective BROCKHAMPTPON used tonight's episode of their Beats 1 radio show to release a brand new track "1998 TRUMAN." The song, which premiered on Things We Lost in the Fire Radio, is a complete 180 from their last track, "1999 WILDFIRE."

While the last single from their upcoming album featured a more downtempo, melancholy vibe, the new song shows you it's going to be straight heat within the first 30 seconds. The relentless track doesn't let up for the first half, with a hype beat for all of the members to rap over and featuring a catchy chorus that they are known for now. Around the 3-minute mark, the beat completely switches and member Bearface gets his time for his vocals to shine over an acoustic guitar followed by a great outro by Kevin Abstract.

The fun music video continues the widescreen form that they've chosen to use to promote the new album, the best years of our lives. Between the two singles we've gotten and unreleased song "Tonya," the new album is sounding versatile and different than any of their previous releases. Enjoy!
