Tchami & Malaa Drop Another Bass House Heater “Kurupt” From Forthcoming “No Redemption” EP

tchami malaa

So far, both of the previously released singles from Tchami and Malaa’s forthcoming No Redemption EP, “Summer ‘99” and “The Sermon” have been hits. Both tracks have been rinsed out heavily by DJs and racked up millions of plays across streaming platforms. Today, the Parisian duo release another single from No Redemption, titled “Kurupt”, and it’s a dirty, bass house heater.

Tchami and Malaa have proved time and time again that their styles, although quite different, flow together immaculately. They’ve collaborated with each other more than they have with any other artists, and they continue to slay their back to back No Redemption live sets. It’s hard to tell who handled which parts of the production on “Kurupt” but, if you listen closely, you can begin to pick out the signature sounds of both producers.

With three singles already released from their No Redemption EP, we really want to know how many other tracks Tchami and Malaa are sitting on. The project is set to be officially released in the Spring, so it looks like we’ll just have to wait and see. For now, give “Kurupt” a few rinses to get your weekend started. Enjoy!

Tchami And Malaa Reunite On Wild New Collab “Summer 99”

Tchami Malaa summer 99

Today is a good day for house-music fans, as Parisian powerhouse Tchami and the ever mysterious Malaa have teamed up on yet another incredible single. It’s hard to believe that it’s been almost exactly one year since the house heavyweights released their first collaboration, “Prophecy”, but today they’ve churned out a new future-house track titled “Summer 99” that may just rival its predecessor.

Although Malaa wasn’t part of Tchami’s recently released Alchemy 2 compilation, the masked producer definitely kept busy over the summer, dropping infectious singles such as “Belleville”, “Paris 96”, and his and Dombresky’s collab, “Hostyl”. For this latest offering filled with energetic percussion, bouncy plucks, distorted, detuned bass and some distinctive vocal samples (that some may recognise from De La Soul’s “Long Island Wildin'”), Tchami and Malaa did what they do best, giving us a true banger of a track. Check out “Summer 99” below and enjoy!
