GRiZ Drops Incredible ‘Good Will Continue’ Remix Album Ft. Opiuo, Barclay Crenshaw, Boogie T & More

griz good will continue

GRiZ’s exciting Good Will Continue remix album is finally here! A household name for future funk and overall electronic fans alike, this Detroit-born producer has been a TSIS favorite since we started covering music years ago. After watching him grow since then, it’s safe to say 2017 has been GRiZ’s biggest year yet. He started off strong back in January when he reunited with Gramatik to drop “As We Proceed,” which has remained one of the biggest tracks of the year so far. He hasn’t slowed down since, appearing on a staggering amount of festival lineups, announcing his two-day Red Rocks event (which will include his live band debut), hosting GRiZMAS in July and much, much more.

Today GRiZ has kept that momentum as strong as ever with the drop of Good Will Continue, the long awaited remix album that he announced a month ago in addition to sharing a track from the album: Opiuo’s psychedelic take on “PS GFY,” which we premiered on the site in July. The 13-track album features both familiar and fresh faces to the industry, with the reworks branching into genres of all kinds. Artists like AC Slater, Claude VonStroke as Barclay Crenshaw, Tommy Trash and more offer their takes on GRiZ favorites, with each bringing their own signatures ranging from house, trap, funk, electro house and more to the tracks. What results is a fantastically diverse offering that has a little something for everyone within. Check out Good Will Continue and the accompanying tour dates below. Enjoy!

[PREMIERE] Dirty Audio Teams Up With Max Styler On Melodic Trap Single "Roller Coaster"

Dirty Audio x Max Styler

In 2016, Dirty Audio dropped one of the biggest trap releases of the year with "Gettin' That", a filthy collaboration alongside Rickyxsan. To kick off the new year, Dirty Audio has teamed up with Max Styler for "Roller Coaster", a unique and versatile release on Monstercat.

The single is introduced by a warm melodic progression that's soon interrupted by aggressive trap drums. However, they switch things up again at the drop with a pleasing future bass progression filled with vocal chops and uplifting pads. Catering to the "Roller Coasting" title, the tune goes for another spin with filthy trap synths to headbang to.

The song will seriously take you on a ride so be ready to take in a little bit of everything with this incredibly unique and versatile track. LA folks can catch it live this Friday (Jan. 13) at Avalon Hollywood. Stream the premiere of "Roller Coaster" below and enjoy!

[PREMIERE] Dirty Audio & Rickyxsan Drop One Of The Biggest Trap Releases of 2016 “Gettin That"

Dirty Audio Gettin Money

Los Angeles producers Dirty Audio and Rickyxsan have partnered up for a grimy collaboration on Mad Decent titled "Gettin' That." The record was initially teased at the tip of 2016 when Skrillex and Diplo played it out at Life In Color Miami. Since January, "Gettin' That" has become increasingly popular, making its way into the sets of The Chainsmokers, NGHTMRE, Snails and many more.

While it is difficult to pinpoint one genre for this heater, it's fair to say the track seamlessly combines elements of trap, dubstep and drum & bass. The Mad Decent single hits all ends of the genre spectrum and is a prime example of controlled chaos in its bass form. Check the premiere below on TSIS.
