Louis Futon Shares Must Hear Remix For RÜFÜS DU SOL's "You Were Right"

Louis Futon Shares Must Hear Remix For RÜFÜS DU SOL's "You Were Right"  - Featured Image

Louis Futon is back at it again with yet another fire release within an already jam packed year for the young Philly producer!

Having served up a refreshing remix of Marian Hill's "One Time" to start 2016, Louis Futon hit us with the colorful original "Wasted On You" via ODEZSA's Foreign Family imprint label before debuting the first volume of his "Zoned Out" mix series in quick succession. By no means is the growing talent letting up on music releases as he shares his latest and greatest.

With a string of remixes pouring in from Australian indie-electronic group RÜfÜS DU SOL's studio album Bloom, it comes with much excitement that Louis Futon has honed his production capabilities to rework the single "You Were Right." Staying true to the original's rain-soaked vibes, LF plants a cinematic cord progression that adds newfound suspense before flaunting lush bass strokes and atmospheric accents throughout. The beauty lies in the detailed sound design behind each kick and synth; LF enhanced the dreamy landscape while making the tune beat to an infectiously hip pulse.

The new tone is sure to lift the mood of the listener instantaneously! Stream the tune before it's official release on April 15th, and peep Louis' Futon Takes America headline tour dates below! Enjoy.

Australian Indie Electronic Band Atlas Bound Releases "Softer Still" Via Next Wave Records

Australian Indie Electronic Band Atlas Bound Releases "Softer Still" Via Next Wave Records - Featured Image

Rising new indie label Next Wave Records has been building up steam in it's short lifespan of being a label with the notable release of the viral hit "It's Strange" by Louis The Child and K. Flay. The label is showing off a different side this time with the upcoming release from Australian indie electronic band Atlas Bound.

Today we get "Softer Still" from the group and it is one of our favorite tracks from the act to date. It's a blend of indie, soul and pop delivered with an electronic casing. The guitar strumming, percussions and smooth vocals come together for a song that will have you lost in the groove. Listen below and pick up your copy, apart of the full length Lullaby EP set to release on Next Wave Records on April 29th. Enjoy!

Today we have the next exciting chapter for a TSIS regular, vocalist/singer Quinn XCII. The Michigan based artist has just dropped off his new project Bloom EP, an unbelievable 7 track release that he's passing out as a free download.

We've already heard "Good Friend" and one of our favorite Quinn XCII tracks to date "New Wave", with the rest of the project being just as impressive. Enlisting ayokay to produce the entire project has set it up for success with the flawless production bringing every track to life. Other stand out tracks include "These Days" and "Bootleggin," but honestly the entire project is a great continuous listen.

Quinn is starting to gain some buzz, but it's only a matter of time before he really explodes. Listen below to the premiere and grab a free download. Enjoy!
