Watch FKJ's Artistic Music Video For Album Track "Vibin' Out with (((O)))"

FKJ Vibin Out Video

FKJ is beloved by TSIS for his incredibly smooth sound which is heard throughout his debut album French Kiwi Juice which dropped earlier this year. One of the more mellow tracks on the album “Vibin' Out with (((O)))” has just received a visual supplement with a super artistic music video involving angelic dancers amongst vocalist (((O))) and FKJ as the focal points.

FKJ has also released music videos for album tracks such as “Skyline” and “Die With A Smile”. His latest visual accompaniment is incredibly well-shot as the camera twirls around the dancers while depicting how FKJ jams on the keys… Enjoy!

FKJ Releases 3 Recordings From First Session With Full Band "The Nightbirds" & Curates BBC "Mini Mixtape"

FKJ Band + BBC

Parisian multi-instrumentalist FKJ is undoubtedly one of the most talented musicians in the game. He’s had quite the busy summer, recently sharing two live videos – one of him performing his track “Die With A Smile” with the backdrop of an aquarium and the other, his more recent live collaboration with Masego, “Tadow." Tie these in with his debut album “French Kiwi Juice,” and FKJ has already taken the world by storm in the first half of 2017.

Now FKJ has joined forces with fellow musicians Wayne Snow, Darius, and Crayon to form a full band called The Nightbirds, which he says performs “improvised music.” Their first session is out today via Roche Musique, consisting of three songs: “Midnight Run,” “Gonna Be Alright,” and “Goodbye.” The first track transitions seamlessly into the next, with all three maintaining a chill and trippy downtempo vibe. Stream below:

Moreover, FKJ recently curated a “Mini Mixtape” for BBC Radio, in which he discusses his musical background and influences. He shows us some of his favorites, including music from Mild High Club and Aretha Franklin, and he makes sure to throw in a couple of his own tracks too. It’s evident that FKJ is a Jack-of-all-trades, and his talents shine in his latest material. We can be sure that he won’t be slowing down anytime soon. For now, check out his mini-mix below and enjoy!

FKJ & Masego Share Incredible Live Studio Video Of New 8-Minute Collaboration

FKJ Masego

The two talented producers/instrumentalists/vocalists FKJ and Masego are the latest to meet up at the Red Bull Studio in Paris, and they shared a glimpse into this session together. According to FKJ, who is from Paris himself, they went into it without planning anything and just kept playing music together for the entire day. The video they shared is an eight-minute improvised jam from their day and it is incredibly impressive.

The two are continually looping different instruments, beats, and effects with precise transitions to create this unique jam together.  The way they simultaneously incorporate guitar, drums, saxophone, keys, and vocals creates a sound much larger than just two people. It's incredible to see how easily these two artists can communicate without using any words; it really feels like they've been longtime bandmates.

The session never stays in one place for too long and it's amazing that this high-quality output wasn't planned as an official release ahead of time. Here's to hoping we'll be hearing some more from what sounds like an incredible collaborative session in the studio. Enjoy!
