Denzel Curry Shares Snippet Of Upcoming Collaboration With Flying Lotus

flying lotus denzel curry

Denzel Curry has been on an absolute hot streak lately. Whether it’s releasing consistently quality records or putting on high-energy performances, Denzel always seems to give 110%. There is no doubt that he is one of the best rappers to appear on last year’s XXL Freshman Class.

Yesterday, Denzel took to Instagram to post a very brief, 14-second clip of a never before heard track with a caption that reads: “Thank you Flylo”. He’s of course referring to the multi-talented, psychedelic jazz influenced producer Flying Lotus. Nothing is confirmed yet, but it looks like we can safely assume that this snippet is a preview of a track that they have together. We only get a short glimpse into the track, but already we are already getting hyped at this match made in heaven.

We’re praying that this tune will be a part of Denzel Curry’s forthcoming album Taboo that we're patiently awaiting. If you’ve only heard Denzel Curry’s work from his track “Ultimate” or if this is your first time hearing of him, we highly recommend jumping into his discography. His albums Nostalgic 64 and Imperial are some must hear projects for any hip-hop fan. Enjoy!

Thank you Flylo

Listen To Teaser Of Unreleased Flying Lotus x Anderson .Paak Collaboration

Flying Lotus Anderson Paak

It’s been a while since we heard new music from Flying Lotus, but it seems this little dry spell is coming to an end. I had the pleasure of catching a show on the current Flying Lotus 3D tour and was pleasantly surprised by an unreleased collaboration with Anderson .Paak.

The 3D visuals Flylo is currently touring with are next level so be sure to check it out if you get the chance. Flying Lotus has linked up with rappers like Kendrick Lamar in the past and a song with Anderson .Paak is the perfect combination of styles so we can’t wait to hear a full version. A fan was able to get a short video below so check it out and stay tuned for an official release. Enjoy!

Flying Lotus Drops Incredible Soulful New Track "Night Grows Pale"

flying lotus night grows pale

Flying Lotus just returned yesterday after not releasing music for a while and we couldn’t be more excited to hear what he’s been working on. Yesterday’s release was an impressive remix of the Twin Peaks theme song and now he’s shared a new original track “Night Grows Pale”.

This new track uses a dreamy a sample of Queen’s “White Queen (As It Began),” and it’s sounding amazing. It’s been since 2014 that we received his latest album You’re Dead! as he’s been working on his first full length movie Kuso, and this new original track has us hoping there’s more content on the way. As we’ve come to expect from Flylo, his crisp percussion is joined by jazzy instrumentation with an uplifting tone surrounding the soulful vocal sample. Enjoy!
