Hayden James Returns On Smooth New Track "NUMB" Ft. GRAACE

Hayden James Numb

It's always a treat when we hear from Hayden James. The Australian artist has returned with a new single "NUMB" featuring the vocals from GRAACE, and it's a welcomed return for the talented artist.

With a handful of tracks released under Future Classic, James returns to the label, but switches things up on his latest. We're typically used to hearing his own vocals on his infectious tracks, but this time around grabs alluring vocals from Sydney-based GRAACE, and it works perfectly. The track maintains the level of smooth output we've come to expect from James, as he impresses with lush keys and an incredibly catchy instrumental. Enjoy!

Basenji Dont Go

We have been fans of Sydney-based musician Basenji for years now, covering everything from his 2013 single “Dawn” to his more recent Track Pad EP. Basenji’s playful songwriting style has endured, and his sound continues to pull elements from multiple genres.

In “Don’t Let Go,” we can hear influences from electronic, alternative, and pop. Basenji’s production is on point, tying in swelling synths, twinkling plucks, and energetic percussion. Mereki compliments the upbeat vibe with her fragile yet powerful vocals, displayed within vibrant, catchy choruses and an ambient breakdown. Basenji infuses these elements perfectly, with “Don’t Let Go” marking a feel-good return to his unique style of production.
